Beach apartment holiday rentals in St. Simons Island

My daughter and I stayed at April’s for spring break and we had an amazing stay. April’s place is perfect. Immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, water pressure in showers was wonderful. Woke up each morning and had an easy walk to the beach to see the sunrise. We would definitely stay at April’s place again.

The home was very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great location, convenient distance to the beach, had a wagon, umbrellas, chairs and beach towels available. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space with amazing bathroom! Check-in was easy thanks to such clear instructions. We enjoyed cooking in a well equipped kitchen and going out to restaurants within walking distance. Josh was extremely helpful in helping us navigate our first visit to St. Simon

We have stayed at the Beach Club previously and this was the most attractive unit we have rented. We love tennis and walking so having the tennis court and restaurants within walking distance was a great benefit. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool and hot tubs very convenient. Also, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable! We had a wonderful week!

Carols place was great. It was extremely clean. The bathrooms were a little older but the paint was fresh. The facility was great. A nice pool and multiple jacuzzis. Very easy drive to many resturants.

Bonnie, along with the home, were great. Easy to work with and very responsive. Great location.

We truly loved our stay at Mary’s place. The location to the beach was unbeatable, and the house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Anita was very responsive to questions and quickly resolved an issue we had with the door code. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the beach and the pool.

Really, the only issue was getting in the door which we called and got an answer right away. (We had to simultaneously pull the doorknob while you push the big button at the top to get it to unlock.) Everything else was perfect! I do want to share my crazy story about coincidence! I emailed Emmons Realty before my trip about a question I had about Charlie, my Emotional Support Animal. I got the friendliest response back that couldn’t have been nicer! The 2nd night we are in St. Simmons, we go out to Iguana’s Seafood Restaurant (which I highly recommend!) and sit outside on the bench to wait. The lady I sit next to asks me if my dog is an emotional support animal, which I tell her that he is. She knew his name and said she is the Emmons Reality agent that I emailed a few days prior!!! What are the chances of that!!? I definitely recommend using them for your trips!

Janet is a delightful host and her condo was perfect for my adult children and my grand. So much seating. The kitchen has everything a family needs. Perfect location. Very clean! Check in/out is very simple. Location is easily walkable to the park as well as the Village. Easy bike ride to the beach. SSI vendors have perfected the ease of renting golf carts and bikes with free delivery and pickup. All the companies know Ocean Walk. The pool is across the parking lot from the condo. Janet also has a lot of beach chairs for use. Everyone is so nice in the complex as well. We will definitely be back to Janet’s place! ❤️🏖️🏝️

Kim’s condo was well stocked, comfortable and conveniently located. We walked to restaurants, shops and the beach all within 15-20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place..plenty big for 7 of us plus 2 large dogs. The kitchen is extremely well stocked..everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast!! Loved the beachy decor plus very functional and enough space at the table and in the living area for all of us to be together. We all agreed that this would be a place that we would definitely come back to.

This location is unbeatable! You can walk to the beach, downtown, everything! We forgot our toothpaste, but she had some miniature-sized of everything you can think of. The place was immaculately cleaned. Although it's right in the downtown tourist area, it is off the main drag by one block and is very quiet for being so close to the action. Loved this place and have bookmarked it to come back again.

Our unit at St Simons Grand was well stocked and ready for any meal you would want to cook. The location is excellent and is within walking distance to the beach. The pool and hot tub were clean and easily accessible.

Beautiful home with an even better view! Loved sitting on the porch with coffee or wine and watching all the dogs enjoy the beach. Nicely appointed home with enough room for privacy.

Such a nice place to stay! The house was impeccable and the location was convenient. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom was worth every dime! I would stay at this location again.

We came to SSI for the weekend to start off our Spring Break. Our party consisted of two families-- a total of 4 adults and 3 children. It was very functional for us to have a separate bathroom attached to each bedroom. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The pool was warm enough to swim in even when the outdoor temps were in the 60's. It was very relaxing and we had pleasant encounters with other guests. We will definitely return!! Bring your own beach towels and some pods to do laundry. They have a traditional drip coffee pot, not a Keurig. They have a large selection of glasses for any beverage of your choice and a wet bar complete with a wine fridge. There are extra pillows and blankets. The beds are comfy. Everything was really clean.

Ocean views everywhere! Large well-designed kitchen with quality cookware and dishware. Bed was very comfortable. Walk-in showers were great. This is a well cared for unit.

Beth’s place was wonderful. The bedrooms were large, and the living area was very spacious. All the furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had six adults staying and we had plenty of room.

Beautiful property! Very spacious and lovely decor. Sometimes photos can be deceiving, but in this case the pictures didn’t do justice to the interior. The grounds were also nicely landscaped and well kept. Extra conveniences like luggage carts and shopping carts made loading and unloading a breeze. The walk to the beach was very easy, even with kids. Amazing view from the big balcony! Highly recommend! Our kids had a blast catching crabs. We would love to come again!
