Eureka Villa was a fantastic home ! Everything was updated with backup generator. Elise met us at a convenient location and time to take us to the Eureka Villa location. She walked us through the villa which made us comfortable and felt right at home. It was a beautiful home and John very responsive to any request we had. Would recommend this location to our friends and would love to return.

Amazing Airbnb with beautiful sunset views! The villa had all of the amenities my family and I needed for a week stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

We spent 8 days in this beautiful home and it was perfect. The house is well appointed with everything needed. We spent so much time out by the pool looking at the beautiful ocean views and enjoying the peaceful tranquility of the space. We cooked in almost every meal as we had everything we needed and didn’t care to venture out too much. Emily was very responsive throughout the process and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

This was our second year in a row at this incredible home, and we adore it. The views are unbeatable, and morning coffee on the patio is pure heaven. The house has everything we need, and Erin, the manager, is responsive, proactive, and a joy to work with. We cooked most meals, stopping at the grocery store when we landed in STT. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we did enjoy a Friday night dinner and amazing fish tacos at Heidi’s Hilltop Grill. TIP: Our first year, we rented a golf cart from Rachel’s, which was great. The second year, we walked everywhere—and wow, did we get our steps in! Easily 10K+ a day between morning walks and beach time. Honeymoon Beach is less then 10 minutes downhill, but uphill on the way back. If you’re looking to tone your calves, this is the place—our neighbors thought we were nuts! The Beach is absolutely pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. Drinks and food at Dinghy’s make it even better. This is THE place to stay on Water Island!

This house added to our vacation experience on St. Thomas. The pool and deck were overlooking AMAZING views, the house was roomy, comfortable, and well apportioned. It had character and charm and all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Great for families- in a quiet area behind a gate and located close enough to groceries and restaurants. We would book this again!

We had a great stay at this location! Bert was very informative and responded quickly to the small issues we had during our stay. For example, when we got there he sent someone over to replace the batteries in the front door lock, which was greatly appreciated. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and had most of the supplies we needed for the beach. The views all over the property were amazing. We only had one evening of rain, which created quite splashing noise right outside the door during the night, but not a huge issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and greatly appreciated all of Bert's help!

The Round House was just as described in the listing and we found it to be clean, comfortable, filled with amenities, and it had fantastic views. The host was responsive and proactively communicated with us about the house and the surrounding area. It was a great stay, overall!

You cannot beat the views! This place is phenomenal, and we’d love to stay here again. Short drive to multiple beaches. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for my Husband and I to get away from it all and enjoy a quiet vacation! The view is amazing!

Very well maintained house and pool. Appliances seemed new and well maintained. One air conditioner needed work, but a very nice repairman came and fixed it right after we arrived without us needing to request service.Beautiful view. Good value. Decent bed comfort for those of us who dislike hard beds. The only real drawback is the poor, unpaved driveway that lacked road signage, took some wrong turns to find even with Google maps, and required an all-wheel drive vehicle. We traded in our Jeep for a smaller compact SUV with better visibility because the space to turn the vehicle around is so tight.

Loved this place! Close to the airport, beautiful view, hosts were helpful and very responsive. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The pool was pretty cold because it is covered however we didn’t plan on using it much. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is spectacular, breathtaking views, close to Cruz Bay.

The view from this house was just breathtaking. We saw beautiful sunrises every morning. House was beautiful too with gorgeous views from the bedroom windows. Beds were also super comfy! A lot of personal touches made this house so easy to stay in. We had beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and even sun screen stocked. Groceries were preordered and waiting on us from the get go. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay. We have memories we will never forget! The property manager Tarcia was great too. Gave us great information about the house so we knew where everything was and how it worked. Thank you so much Tristen, and Phil and Keri. I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.

Great stay, very large hills to get to the house but other than that everything get

This home was exactly was we needed for space for our group, great location to our friend’s villa for the wedding was a plus, great location to restaurants and public beaches. Did an excursion per recommendations in the guest book which exceeded our expectations! Very responsive to an issue we had during our stay. Clean and included several beach/pool amenities which helped us out a great deal! Certainly would recommend!

It has absolutely stunning views and it was very peaceful When they recommend an SUV or bigger, pay attention. We had a smaller SUV and with 4 adults in the car there were moments we weren’t sure if the car could handle the drive. Glad we didn’t opt for a smaller car.

View is amazing! Roads are extremely steep and bumpy so 4x4 is necessary. Be prepared to have dogs (some friendly, some aggressive), cats, iguanas, and birds on the porch with you. Lawnscaping men also work early each morning right at the house and there are no blinds in the bathroom so be aware of that. Overall a good experience, primarily for the amazing views.

This place is awesome. Very clean, great views, and as described on website. To avoid confusion there are two Albert's. Dad who lives on the property and is the taxi driver and Albert the son who is the off site owner. The airport taxi was $18.00 per person. Albert took 8 of us comfortably with luggage. The taxi to a restaurant was $12.00 per person each way.

Water island hideaway was an amazing location. It was a bit challenging to get to as you do require a cart rental if you have any luggage due to the hills. However the people on the island go above and beyond making the experience worth the hike. The wildlife there was outstanding to experience from the protected red footed tortoise visit to the daily lizard and hermit crab races it was always something just outside worth seeing. We truly enjoyed lounging on the deck under the pergola just listening to the waves and birds, quite relaxing! Jan went beyond and above as a host advising of the local needs and providing many necessities that are hard to get locally. We enjoyed both restaurants on the island tremendously. Heidi’s fish tacos and Dinghy’s poke bowl cannot be missed! Everyone on the island are just wonderful people.

Star villa was a great find in an amazing location (5-10 min walk into town) on St. John. Bob and Marlene were out of town during our stay but Mike took amazing care of us the whole week. The AC in the bedrooms was amazing after long days at the beach. The pool is large, clean and perfect for cooling off after hot days. The view from the villa porch was amazing. I definitely recommend renting a jeep or some other 4 wheel drive car to terrain the steep hills and rough roads on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a well rounded place to stay in beautiful St. John and the amazing hosts (and Mike) were the icing on the cake!

The place was amazing! The view was incredible and place was well furnished. We would detina consider coming back!
