Absolutely amazing! John’s place was everything and more. The house had everything we needed from snorkel gear to kitchen supplies to extra linens. The view was INCREDIBLE and the house was extremely clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place in St Thomas exactly like pictures and as described. Nice ocean side room, great views, clean, and all amenities included. Joy was very responsive and helpful. The booking and checking in process was seamless. We had a great time.

This was a great place to stay. We felt right at home and was able to cook and enjoy the evenings. The view was incredible with easy access to the beach. Just a few steps. I had a little difficulty finding the home when it was dark for the first time, but after that, it was great. The back patio is amazing. I loved the high ceilings and the loft and there’s plenty of room for six adults to sleep . actually the couch folds out also so eight could sleep . The dishwasher was out of order but was no big deal. The beach was rocky and great for collecting shells and beautiful sandy beaches are a short drive away.. We loved it and would be glad to come back.

This house added to our vacation experience on St. Thomas. The pool and deck were overlooking AMAZING views, the house was roomy, comfortable, and well apportioned. It had character and charm and all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Great for families- in a quiet area behind a gate and located close enough to groceries and restaurants. We would book this again!

We enjoyed our stay at Bert’s place. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment is in a great location for exploring the island. Bert was an excellent host!

Beautiful views and home. We loved staying at Sea Salt Villa. Kitchen had everything we needed if we stayed in and cooked. Beds were so comfy and we all slept great. Patio and pool have the best views that never got old.

Emily was great! She was super responsive and helpful. The view at Villa Breizh was absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t get enough of it! Our stay was amazing- the location was great and we were able to get to so many places on the island.

Loved our stay! Can’t overstate how gorgeous the view is anytime of the day. Host was very responsive and met us close by on the first day to ensure we could find the house. It felt very private despite there being other residences on the property. They had everything we needed for our stay.

We just returned from a 7 day stay at Martina and CJ's place. It was everything we hoped and more! The views are gorgeous! The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were perfect for our group of 4 couples. Martina and CJ are very responsive to any questions or needs that may arise. We had a little problem the first night and they were quick to respond and take care of the issue. We enjoyed meeting them both. Upon check-in, the house was very clean. You can not go wrong by booking this house! It is a dream vacation! Thanks to Martina and CJ for your hospitality.

Great location for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to pop down for dinner. View was amazing. Pool was great. The small touches and quality of the home were even better than we expected. Would highly recommend this location for people wanting some seclusion and willing to drive around the island to beaches, hiking, and restaurants. Would recommend a jeep - the driving and hills are very steep (and on the left side). Driving was the only stressful part of the trip. The home was like our OASIS!

This place is spectacular, breathtaking views, close to Cruz Bay.

Sea La Vie was a perfect home for our family of 8! Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom. The views are absolutely stunning! The living room and kitchen area had every amenity we needed and the courtyard area was a great place to gather and enjoy the views. Tarcia was very easy to communicate with and responded to all of our questions immediately. We have visited St Thomas many times and would definitely stay at Sea La Vie again!

I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.

My family of 7 just spent a week at Dionne's place and thoroughly enjoyed it! The location, gated neighborhood street on the hillside overlooking the bay is phenomenal. Pictures are accurate but don't really compare to the beautiful panoramic view off the back decks. We spent much time in back just enjoying the view and sunshine. It's handy having a restaurant, Sib's on the Mountain, within walking distance, just a couple blocks outside the neighborhood gates. Along with dinner time, they are available for morning coffee and a variety of breakfast items. Dionne was very responsive to any questions we had, and in fact reached out to us with some helpful suggestions when it was apparent our flight was delayed and we'd be coming in later evening. We'd love to return sometime and would definitely recommend Dionne's house.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Been to St. John several times and these accommodations were the best yet - will stay again! Amazing view of Cruz Bay, too. Marble floors, custom kitchen with plenty of utensils and whatnot for cooking, even a grill. The continental breakfast in the morning was a lifesaver and Cathy, the server was personal and very cheery. Maintenance had a malfunctioning AC unit fixed in just a few hours. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a luxury stay in St. John. We’ll be back next December!

We were stunned when we walked into this beautiful home. The view is, likely, the best you can get in St Thomas. The outside area was equally as impressive as the yard is well maintained with flowers growing in the brightest colors. The home is split level, as described in the listing, but we were not aware the lower level would be occupied. This was not an issue and we had 100% privacy even though we originally thought we would have the entire home. The address to the home would not pull up in our GPS and we were arriving at night, making it difficult to identify landmarks of where to turn in the detailed instructions we were given on how to get there. I messaged the host and she immediately called me, remaining on the phone to ensure we arrived safely. The directions Pam provided us were precise and led us directly there the following day when it was not dark. So thankful for her quick response and patience! The drive is steep, but so are many roads in St. Thomas. Remarkable home

We had a great stay at Danielle’s place. The view is spectacular and in a great area. Yes the drive is steep but nothing out of the ordinary for driving in St. Thomas. Well worth it!

This villa was perfect for 6 adults. They had everything we needed, were very friendly coming in, and had great recommendations. The view was unimaginable- gorgeous. The pool was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was spacious, and the living room was comfortable for everyone to sit. Loved the shower in the master- and was thankful for the beach chairs and bug spray that was provided.

Water island hideaway was an amazing location. It was a bit challenging to get to as you do require a cart rental if you have any luggage due to the hills. However the people on the island go above and beyond making the experience worth the hike. The wildlife there was outstanding to experience from the protected red footed tortoise visit to the daily lizard and hermit crab races it was always something just outside worth seeing. We truly enjoyed lounging on the deck under the pergola just listening to the waves and birds, quite relaxing! Jan went beyond and above as a host advising of the local needs and providing many necessities that are hard to get locally. We enjoyed both restaurants on the island tremendously. Heidi’s fish tacos and Dinghy’s poke bowl cannot be missed! Everyone on the island are just wonderful people.

Star villa was a great find in an amazing location (5-10 min walk into town) on St. John. Bob and Marlene were out of town during our stay but Mike took amazing care of us the whole week. The AC in the bedrooms was amazing after long days at the beach. The pool is large, clean and perfect for cooling off after hot days. The view from the villa porch was amazing. I definitely recommend renting a jeep or some other 4 wheel drive car to terrain the steep hills and rough roads on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a well rounded place to stay in beautiful St. John and the amazing hosts (and Mike) were the icing on the cake!

We had a wonderful time at Ross and Evelyn's place. They were extremely responsive and accommodating to some last minute changes. They quickly allowed us to extend our trip due to bad weather and flight issues back home. The video provided was very helpful and necessary to find their house. The house was exactly as pictured and as described. The location is a quick drive from the car ferry, and to the town, the grocery stores, restaurants, and easy to get to all beaches. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning and again at night. The kitchen and home were well stocked. We really appreciated that they provide towels, beach chairs, a cooler, ice packs, noodles, and other useful but bulky and hard to pack beach items. We had a great vacation and would stay again.
