The lower house unit is a 1 bedroom and also has a sleeper sofa. You can unwind and soak up the sun on our pool deck that features a breathtaking saltwater pool and plenty of seating for family and friends.

"RendeView" got its name from our amazing views that can be found throughout almost every room of our home. We recently added AC in each bedroom, a generator (for the islands regular power outages), and the use of our 2018 AWD Kia Sorento that seats 7. Our home is located 7 minutes from Cruz Bay, past the Westin. Besides the amazing views, our guests love our unique showers that allow you to shower while overlooking the beautiful bay below. We offer access to a private beach below at Klein Bay.

Casita del Mar is a true oceanfront villa with incredible sunsets, where you can listen to the ocean on the seashore, watch for sea turtles and fish jumping out of the sea, even an occasional whale in season. Conveniently located to shopping, dining, and the ferry to St. John. Walk to the beach with restaurants and bar. Located in an upscale neighborhood, end of the street privacy with off street parking. No reason to go home with tan lines, you will return year after year.
