Guest house holiday rentals in Stafford County

it is probably smart to call the Club Wyndham to understand the unit that you are assigned. I booked a 1bdrm and was assigned a 2bdrm (which was actually two apartments, each with 1 bdrm, kitchen, bath and living room). I never used one of the units and would have shared with a friend if I understood the layout ahead of time. great location walking distance to the blue/yellow Metro line, only a couple of stops from National Airport.

Jennifer was very responsive and offered her help anytime we needed it. She was very sweet and we are so lucky to have stayed here. It was absolutely gorgeous, serene and peaceful. We stayed with our dog he loved the open field and lake nearby. will definitely come back again! Thanks Jennifer!

We needed a place to spend a quiet night once we got clear of Washington DC after a long drive. It fulfilled our expectations. It‘s a big space that can sleep a couple and a child. Enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay with Monica and we returned because the place is beautiful and the hospitality great. Monica is super responsive and easy to work with. We had to make adjustments in our travel dates and Monica was flexible, prompt and accommodating in her responses. She also checks in during our stay and responds quickly to any concerns. Finally, this beautiful, quiet place helps to balance and restore your energy after dealing with the hectic pace of the D.C. area. Five stars in all areas.

My daughter's graduation party was wonderful! Adults and kids had a good time. The pool house is adorable, clean, and very accommodating. *** Make sure you read the rules and regulations! If you have additional guests not registered on the guest list, there is an additional fee of $10 per person if they are on the property. We had 20 people come so I had to pay an additional $200 on top of the total amount. Rick is extremely nice and checks in to see if you need anything.

We’ve stayed at many locations and Tye Rose Cottage was as good en experience as we’ve had anywhere. It’s a pristine 2 Bedroom and was thoroughly comfortable for two couples. The instructions were perfect. Miranda was great about communication. Checkin… well, more like just show up and walk in could not have been easier. Before we left we already re-booked her place for when we return in May for our daughter’s college graduation from UMW. Great home, great hosts!

This stay was exactly what my friends and I were looking for! Peaceful, clam, gorgeous, everything you’d imagine from the photos and more. Although the hosts live Nextdoor, we felt very comfortable, safe, private, and had all that we needed. We did not see the hosts during our stay and everything was beautiful. I was also able to make dinner with their fully equipped kitchen! If you wanna stay here definitely do it!!

Very convenient location if you want to tour D.C. while sleeping in a safe and quiet place. It's right by a bus stop for a short ride to the Metro station.

Meiyu’s place is so well furnished as a walk out basement one BR apartment.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful, positive & safe environment!We are both happily able to say we absolutely loved this BNB. Kevin & Xavier were always responsive. Always there to answer any questions, comments or concerns. They seriously made our stay the best. Thank you guys so much! We would definitely recommend this BNB for anyone!

Donald and Kelly were super helpful and had a wonderful little studio cottage. They provided all kinds of little extras like snacks. Everything was clean, modern, and organized. Highly recommend.

Hawraa's place was perfect for our girls weekend. Great location, not in a busy spot but super convenient to getting everywhere or using an uber!
