Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Private Entrance, small kitchenette, office space, dining area, living room, and gym. You will find a full bathroom and a big bedroom equipped with a treadmill, bike, weights, etc... The apartment is in the basement, which you will have entirely to yourself. The house is located near the Potomac Mills Mall, restaurants, and 30 minutes from DC. If you want to take a quick walk, there is a trail across the street from the house (See pictures). Don't hesitate to book; you will enjoy staying here.
