Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Stanford

This place is perfect to enjoy a weekend getaway with friends or family. Perfect for the many hikes in the area in morning, followed by the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and cozy relaxing indoors the rest of the time. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 plus 2 dogs had plenty of space. We love that everyone had their own bedroom. The kids enjoyed the downstairs rec room. We love the kitchen, the double living rooms and dining area. We definitely would recommend staying here.

We stayed two nights at Marissa and Tom’s house, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate—super clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The towels were incredibly soft, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. There were extra blankets everywhere, which was such a cozy touch. The fire pit outside was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the crisp, cool air. Our group of five slept comfortably, and every detail of the home made our stay even better. Marissa and Tom were fantastic hosts—responsive, attentive, and always available when we needed to communicate. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The previous reviews were all positive so I wasn’t surprised by how pleasant this listing was and how Dinesh goes out of his way to accommodate guests. Everything was wonderful. Both nights we enjoyed the large fireplace in the large living room, right off the large kitchen. All the spaces are large here. Plenty of room to spread out with friends or family. We were all impressed.

We stayed at Chris & Sam's listing for a quick weekend trip. They left us a kind welcome gift of a bag of good coffee & some local cider. We got quite a bit of snow & turned on the heat upon arrival, unfortunately, we heard a few concerning sounds & the heat stopped working. I only mention this because Chris was over w/in 7 mins to check on what was going on, when the initial fix didn't hold, Chris brought us more firewood & then immediately went and bought us three space heaters to ensure we stayed warm since it was late. he stayed in the snow waiting for his HVAC guy who showed up within~ 90 minutes & they replaced the motor & had the heat working. Honestly, I've never had such a responsive host when there was an issue with a stay it was incredible and so appreciated! We enjoyed our stay so much, the house is very comfortable and well stocked (esp the kitchen) & the land the house is on is gorgeous and perfect for keeping my kiddo entertained in nature! Only wish there was laundry!

Very nice house with lots of room to spread out. The tv room was our favorite. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location is not far from grocery store, hiking and wineries. It snowed the night before we left and we were nervous about going down the steep road but the neighborhood does a great job plowing. We really enjoyed our stay!

So tranquil! Julie’s place was the perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. So much natural sunlight, and a beautifully clean and updated kitchen. We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the kitchen pots/pans/knives. Everything was so clean and cozy, we will definitely return!

This charming cottage in Lake Katrine was spotless, beautifully organized, and perfectly quaint. Adele and Arielle were incredibly kind, diligent, and always quick to respond. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making for a cozy and relaxing stay. We are planning to book again in the summer and highly recommend it!

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

Molly's place was GREAT--a total gem for the area. The vibe and layout of the space was sunny, peaceful, and super welcoming. Easily one of my favorite AirBnB's ever--we will definitely be back! The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole apartment felt spacious and roomy, yet cozy. The backyard area is gorgeous! Even though the house is right on main street, the sound isolation was great and we slept well every night we were there (the most comfortable bed EVER also helped). We miss this place already!!

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

My family and I had a lovely stay. It was exactly what we wanted out of a weekend trip away from home. At the end of our stay, we all said that we need to come back again and have a longer stay!

Kim’s place is clean and has almost averything we need. There’s even free snacks when we arrived. We feel that we are home just far away from our own home. Hot tub did not fail us. It was so relaxing even with snow around us and rain pouring. We enjoyed our stay.

Michael place is one of the best airbnbs I have stayed!!!! It’s prefect for a couple nice romantic and just what we needed. We would definitely recommend this to anyone. They have this amazing spa mend 20 mins away. Got my wife a massage she said one of the best place she ever been to. Do not hesitate to book this place. We would definitely be coming back.

Emily was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. We loved the property. I stay at a lot of hotels all year. Her place was better than any hotel. Has all the amenities that one can think of for camping or cabin life plus more. My gf loved it and even wanted to extend if we didn’t have other obligations. Very warm home. Can’t wait to revisit!

We loved our stay!! Cozy little cabin in a very beautiful and private getaway. Becca was very responsive and provided us with what we needed for our ski trip. The town is quiet but within a short drive we found really good restaurants. The people in town were also very friendly.

Great place so close to the mountain! Perfect for a ski weekend and Maria was super responsive with any questions all weekend!

This cabin is beautiful, very nicely decorated, clean, new, refreshing and just overall a great place to stay. Perfectly arranged for our family of 4, amazing views and exactly as pictured. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Such a cozy cabin perfect for my family of four plus grandparents for a fun ski week. One of those kitchens that is small but still somehow spacious and perfectly stocked. Regan was very thoughtful and nice to deal with. The bedrooms were very comfortable and felt like sleeping in a fox den. Close to Bellayre Hunter etc. I also appreciated Regan’s thoughtful guide for local recommendations. Would definitely return

Ben’s cabin was beautiful! Such a lovely escape to a quiet spot in the woods. The hot tub is the best part :) the bathroom and kitchen are immaculate!

Ideal stay. Feels like new construction, clean, comfortable, and focused around the beautiful 70s wood stove— about which, it loads awkwardly from the side rather than the front, but is otherwise a joy to use, burning clean and easy to operate. We did have to pick up some additional wood to get some kindling-scale starter and fuel for two nights. Each room has its own thermostat, the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials (oil, e.g.), water gets hot fast, and Jill was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. 10/10, keen to stay again.

What a magnificent spot! If nothing else, the creek next to the house was worth the price of admission. But the whole experience was fantastic. We filled the place up, and had a dozen more family members come for Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy and the extra kitchen in the cabin was a godsend. We loved being there, and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you!
