Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Stanza Mare Pool

Beautiful apartment with a dreamy balcony… perfect place for a morning coffee! This apartment is in a beautiful building in Punta Cana Village and walking distance to the main area with shops, restaurants and bar. We will definitely stay there again!

Alberto and the Punta Cana Team was great with our last minute late check-in. Provided a few details and within the hour we were in the beautiful unit. The rooftop patio was a great addition to start our vacation. Anything we needed the Punta Cana Team was responsive, and provided a quick solution. Check out was great and flexible. Would definitely keep an eye out for the Punta Cana Team's accommodations in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, supermarket, multiple restaurants. Every tourist attraction was no more than 30 minutes or less away. The apartment/house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Ross was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Punta. I would surely book again in the near future. It was definitely a vibe.

Really a super apartment in a beautiful area🤩we are a family with 5 peoples from Denmark, and we enjoyed Imilkas apartment so much😊 when you open the door, you just walk direkt to the big and lovely pool area. All the surroundings are so beautiful and very clean. You can buy good food and drinks at the poolbar, and that was very good! After 2 minutes you are right on a great beach, with calm water and free daybeds. We wasn’t disturbed by any salespeople on the beach in our area👍 There are plenty of everything in the apartment. Imilka was so sweet😊❤️she are just the perfect host❣️ If we ever come back to Punta Cana we will not hesitate to book her home again👏

We’ve just completed a wonderful 3 month stay. We have seen a number of condos in this complex and Lucinda’s is the most modernized and well equipped. Lucinda and Pappo are very and I will underline very responsive to any queries or minor issues we had. It was very reassuring not to have any stresses in relation to the hosts. The grounds are kept immaculately with full time live in maintenance and gardeners. There is a good mix of tenants and we made many friends. The condo is very well located approximately equidistant to the beaches of El Cortecito and Los Corales and very convenient to the Ciccolela supermarket which I highly recommend. We found products there not carried by even the large supermarkets like Sirena or Jumbo and the prices were competitive.

Sean has been a proactive host who listens to requests. Very nice apartment, well located with all the amenities needed for a great stay. One of the best places in Punta Cana

Jesus and his wife, fantastic!! For context we ran the air conditioner each of the 5 days overnight for 10 - 12 hours, our cost was $11 Canadian per day. 4 restaurants that we considered really good and noteworthy, soles beach bar, you can sit on their beach so long as you eat and or drink, the food was wonderful and the portions a good size. The taproom, fun pub with pour your own beer (local DR beer), so that you could try a variety in small sizes. Cala gourmet pizza and coffee is literally right at the doorstep of the condo and makes fantastic pizza's at a very reasonable price. Lastly Kats corner, really good pub, fun atmosphere, good music. The one caution I will include about the area is that is is not walkable. You can get to the beach and restaurants but that's about it. The sidewalks are very narrow and sometimes not there. The roads are not an option as there is a lot of traffic, and pot holes.

Jesus is a SUPER HOST. He is a very responsive host. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests. His apartment is a clean and nice place. It is situated next to Coral Plaza which has many restaurants. There are also many stores and businesses in a 5 to 7-minute radius.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay with Lexie. Her place is the perfect home base for a beach trip - pristinely clean on arrival, supplied with everything you could want or need, and so thoughtfully laid out. (The provided breakfast foods were very appreciated but you'll want to make sure you're stocked up for meals before you arrive, as options in the area are limited for dinners.) The location near beautiful Playa Macao was exactly what we wanted for our trip - very local, not overly touristy or overdeveloped. If you're not a big walker, definitely consider renting a car for beach trips due to the terrain/dune buggy traffic. The house's terrace alone is worth a stay - on the one rainy day during our trip, we were perfectly happy sitting inside and reading. Lexie herself is one of the best hosts I've stayed with in many years of using Airbnb - so kind, helpful, responsive, and hilarious! We absolutely loved hanging out with her and Riley, the tiniest and cutest doggo.
