It has swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis (h and c), a brick Brazilian BBQ, large living room, a shaded dining area on deck, 4 bedroom suites with A/C. All bedrooms and living-rooms have sea-views. The villa is located in a secure closed condominium, with large areas of Atlantic forest. São José beach is 5 minutes walk, 3 minutes by car; from the house you can hear the waves breaking on beach. Prainha beach is 15 minutes walk, 5 mins by car.

The house in a new neighborhood near the center and 800 meters from the beach and proceed to supermarket etc. In the leisure area we have pergolato lit pool, gourmet with table, freezer, electric barbecue, stove and bathroom. A large garden where you can take your pet and parking.
