Beautiful and cozy AP 500mt from the beach with WIFi

It was a great experience! The space of Rosania is exactly as in the pictures, very clean, airy and cozy. With all the utensils you need to cook or make a good coffee, plus a water filter. It has beach chairs and the pool is super clean, sorry we couldn't use it, because they were closing at 5:00 pm, at that time we were coming back from the beaches. The apartment is very well located, close to the beaches, restaurant and pharmacies. Great cost x benefit! We will definitely recommend it to friends and return at another time.

Flawless Apartment and very considerate and kind host. Our stay was very nice and we certainly intend to return. The condominium is simply wonderful especially for those who go with children and want convenience, tranquility and good location. The apartment is simply perfect, beautiful view from the sunrise, on a quiet beach... Cozy, functional, super organized apartment...in a building with ideal infrastructure. Grasieli is very solicitous, responds promptly.... I only have compliments. Wonderful experience!!! I definitely recommend!!!

I traveled with a family (5 people in total) and we liked it very much. Jéssica was super attentive, the place has a beautiful view, it is quiet , it has no mess. We'll definitely be back. Only has no net in the apê (but it's in the listing description)

The house was clean, with all the accessories mentioned, bedding, well-size pool, which was cleaned tb during our stay. Despite being in a place of little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes away from Sereia and Setiba beach and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha is with good structure on the beaches. It was a great tour!

Extraordinary Experience! Large house and illuminated by a huge balcony across the front of the house on a hill. Access is easy and the space for the vehicle is secure and internal. The house is complete with absolutely all utensils and cooking equipment: stove, oven, electric barbecue, blender, pizza roaster, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, pans, pots, cutlery, all kinds of cups/glasses and kitchen material. In the service area, washer and clothesline. Detail: all very new and clean! There are two spacious suites with impeccable mattress, pillows and bedding. Large cabinets and drawers, as well as equipped and sanitized toilets. Room with cable TV and all smart TV apps - fast and stable internet! The owners are wonderful people: Mr. Jean, Mrs Marilza, André, Benjamim, Granny and the friendly puppies make you feel at home treating us with all the education and respect of this world. I highly recommend!
