I loved my stay the reception was quick and practical. The house, even though it was simple and very cozy, was well attended to what we needed. Tatiana is wonderful always willing to help and answer the messages I will come back more often.

The stay was excellent, Rita is super flexible and proactive in indicating great places such as the market, bakery and restaurants. The house is super comfortable, the rooms all impeccable, super organized and met the need of my family.

It was an excellent weekend, all wonderful. I just have to thank and prepare for a few more days at the Carnival that are sure to be great. Thanks Ednaldo and Nil for trust and I will see you soon. God bless your family.

The house surprised us a lot, it was a wonderful weekend, a house very equipped with cookware, plenty of blankets for those who go in the winter, beautiful space with a wonderful view. We will return more often for sure.

If you are looking for a quiet place where you can relax with the family, enjoyed a mild climate and even have a barbecue, there is the place ! Mr. Antônio Carlos is very requested, responds quickly, and gives you unparalleled freedom. To this day, we'll be the best host I've ever met on Airbnb. If you're in doubt , it's over. My family and I really liked Denise's space. Everything clean had what we needed.Really a place of peace and tranquility to relax and enjoy the family. The place has a lot of green the view is stunning ,the lake with fish is very good to fish. She received us very kindly and always responded quickly. We'll be back when we can. Thank you

Great stay, well prepared house with cooking utensils and electronics, every home with a great space, quiet and safe neighborhood, nearby mini market and bakery, location close to Tucuns beach being reserved, clean and with a spectacular view

The house has been recently renovated and matches exactly the photos, in addition it is extremely practical and the cleaning carried out by Georgia was impeccable. Excellent location, close to the beach and the main avenue, where we found everything we needed. The host answers all questions quickly and flexibly with check-in and Check-out times. The condominium is also great for those who seek tranquility and comfort for the family; courteous employees, especially Rafael, Georgia and Afranio. We will return for sure!!

It was an amazing experience! The Marlene that received us was a cute one! Always very solicitous, answering our doubts almost immediately, recommended great restaurants to visit. The place is very charming and conveys a lot of peace, in addition the location is very good, it really is close to Av. Monte Verde, which makes it much easier when it comes to "turistar". Great Estadia! The location is very good, 5 min walking from the beach of the fort and with nearby restaurants, bakeries and market. Apartamento is exactly as advertised and communication with the host is very quick and easy. Very recommended!

I am staying in the apartment, it looks like we are at home for being on the ground floor, we spent the weekend, I highly recommend for the security and infrastructure of the site. The Host super willing to help, making my check-in more flexible, and no pressure on checkout.

The apartment of Heliene is great and super well located! It's practically in the city center. Nearly opposite is a restaurant called GrillMaster that serves a snack and divine snacks. In addition, we were greeted by João who showed us the parking space and all the house instructions. Your attention and courtesy were a differential. We will be back!!
