great stay, Emídio is super attentive and easy to communicate, my family loved the place and the proximity to the sights. hosting for those who want to enjoy the best of pipa but also enjoy resting taking advantage of the condominium structure.

We spent almost 2 months and we love the apartment! Spacious, of course, super ventilated (including a lot) and complete with everything you need to stay comfortably for long periods. The Áurea was also very quick in solving what we need. The location is great, already at the beginning of the Graces, with a hortifruti/mini-market on the side, and extremely close to the Parque das Graças, which is excellent for hiking. The driveway is really narrow and we had a bit of difficulty (Nissan Kicks, bigger cars don't really recommend). We work remotely and the internet worked perfectly. The apt is all screened, but I think it's legal to point out that, due to the size of the plot, it serves the safety of children, but not of a cat. I highly recommend the apt of Steven and would stay there again if I return to Recife!

The building is exactly what appears in the photos and the look of the waterfront is beautiful! Very well-equipped apto, good quality towels and bed linens, optimum cleaning, excellent and super quiet air conditioning. Rodrigo was very attentive throughout the booking process and the reception by Thaís was great! In addition to being friendly and attentive, it was very proactive and gave us great tips for restaurants, bars, beaches and walks.! The Verano bar/restaurant next to the property offers a good beach stand with chairs, sun umbrellas and tasty snacks. Amamos João Pessoa and especially the beach of Areia Dourada. Impeccable place! I have never been to an Airbnb as complete as this. Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms, guaranteed us a wonderful night sleep. The kitchen is very well equipped, with various utensils and working perfectly. Even a cooler they make available so we can take to the beach or pool. Airy living room and balcony and the TV has Streaming. The internet is very good, we had no connection problems. In addition, the entire outdoor area is beautiful and very well cared for by the couple and their staff (who are very helpful and friendly). The beach area in front of the bed and breakfast is not Excellent (many stones) but walking about 500 meters to the left (after the yacht club) we found a great sea for bathing. It was a wonderful stay that surprised us and was more than true to the listing. We will come back more often to explore the charms of the Island. See you soon!

Since the choice, until the arrival in the apartment, we have always been very well supported by Mr. Ailton, locale matches the photos and videos and with a beautiful structure, quick and easy access to the beaches. My family was extremely pleased and we were able to rest and relax during these days we stayed.

Whenever I go to Recife I like to stay in this building because it is very central and easy to get around, in addition to the reception being 24h and the employees are helpful and polite. The property of Silvia matches the photos, was clean and organized, in addition to having amenities that make life much easier for those who will spend little time and still want to eat fast meals (sugar, salt, matches, mineral water). I would definitely stay again.

The place was clean. Overall, the stay was good, but I didn't realize that in the listing it informed me that I had no bed sheets, I had to get away with it. The space is with maintenance a bit pending, we have seen various equipment very worn, curtain falling, door to one of the rooms loosening, the presence of stains on the walls of the rooms and furniture in the kitchen with lots of grease stains. Another point, which may be due to the holidays, the flat faces the pool and facing the motors of the pool pumps. Strengths: Careful hostess, flat with 2 bedrooms, cold air conditioning well, very good condominium for children, large pool and several blocks. I refer everyone and would come back.

The apartment is very comfortable. It has a large bed and a TV. 24-hour security. The complex has a pool that is open until 10pm. The shower is pressed and the option to regulate the temperature. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown.

My stay was 7 days and it was excellent. My family and I enjoyed the place a lot. The house is beautiful and organized, Ulf and Catherine always available to help. The location is perfect, is an 8 minute walk from the center and have several nearby markets, pharmacy, etc. The Amor beach is a few meters away, 2 minutes hike.

It was very quiet. The gatekeepers are very kind. The location is close to the federal university and supermarkets, you can't walk, but Uber was accessible. I loved the city and the stay was comfortable.

A Mayara(host) is wonderful, helped us in everything, and always with great promptness and kindness. The apartment is one of the best I ever was, especially in the matter of household items.
