Maria is a wonderful host who helped us in times of doubt and has always been very proactive. We are very pleased with the accommodation and will be back for sure. The house is super equipped and is a few meters from the sea. We take a 5-minute walk to enjoy that beautiful beach. Thank you for everything and we definitely recommend it.

I was with my family in Paola's house, and I say we love our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, it has everything you need the most basic, and the cool thing is that it is very close to the sea, very good. Suggestions of improvements would be to remove that towel heater from the bathroom, as it is well rusted and check the furniture in room 1, it looks like they have a termite or some other similar insect.

We spent great days in the house, all according to the description, with a very good space for Pets, with lawn and wonderful sea views!! It's all right next to the house, market, restaurant, bakery, finally everything to spend good days on the beach. Renata always available was super attentive, I recommend the stay!!

We went to a group of friends and it was amazing!! Super we take advantage of the house, the environments are very tasty and well planned. The care with every detail of the house is clear, from the cleaning, the custom crockery, to the clean and smelling bed linen, towels of excellent quality!! We love the experience and we'll definitely be back!

Mário was very attentive, he responded to our messages quickly. City has passed tips on the city's places and landmarks. The Korman House is exactly as it is in the pictures, very beautiful and cozy. We feel at our grandmother's place. Jardim is wonderful, the children loved running on the lawn. Casa is very complete and extremely clean, it has everything you need, just bring food and enjoy. In the photos does not appear, but has a barbecue as well. We'll definitely be staying again.

Ricardo and his co-host were great and responsive. Easy to check in and out. The condominium was great with lots of amenities for everyone. Apt was clean and well furnished. Our boys enjoyed the stay and had lots of fun in the park, soccer/bball court and pool. Everything was great. I could recommend a queen size bed for the main bedroom and maybe a AC wall unit would really help. But those are all extras that would make it even nicer and more comfortable. But all in all fantastic stay and we appreciated our stay. Book with no doubt!

Great location, impeccable space.

Apartment with great location, next to the main exits to reach the main locations of Curitiba. Well-equipped and clean. Nayef always responded to us immediately, making communication very easy and quick. The only problem we observed was that one of the doors in the outdoor area was not working and the upstairs shower was under maintenance, but nothing that harmed our experience. We will definitely return to Curitiba and we will want to stay in this apartment. We feel at home!

the wonderful place, only the view from the windows of the room is worth 1,000, exact apartment as the descriptions,for those who like quite a bit,bars, restaurant,ballads,there is not the place. but those who want tranquility, security can go without fear, a place of much peace. Dona Sônia was not on our arrival but left Andressa to meet us very dear. we will definitely come back more often.

The apartment matches as advertised. All one grace, clean and well organized. There was the necessary for a full stay. Air conditioning in the environment was great as we caught very hot days. The condominium is top and the areas always clean and organized, we had no problems at check-in.

Great stay in Cynara's apartment! Check in facil, clean, with several utensils and great location (less than 10min hike to Couto Pereira). Excellent condominium with 2 swimming pools, gym, laundry and convenience store. Let's go back!

Studio very cozy and well organized, corresponds to 100 % of the photos released with all necessary utensils. First time we came across a manual, with all the necessary information and tips, we thought it was amazing. Very considerate host. It met all of our expectations.

An excellent option for those seeking tranquility and a great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, that makes us feel at home. It has a nice grill with equipment. The pools serve well. The beach is quiet, without crowding, loud music, family environment, with lives in the season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was so much fun, every day of sunshine, we enjoyed a lot. I recommend to those looking for tranquility, enjoy a beach and swimming pool with the family. The condominium has shops on the front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

I had a good experience at the listing. Jardel was super flexible with the time of checkin and checkout and, even after I initially said we would not be by car, we ended up renting one during the trip and the Jardel registered the vehicle quickly for entry to the condominium. The only point to be improved is that if you are not by car, you will have to keep using the pedestrian entrance for visitors and have to identify yourself at the concierge whenever you want to enter (of course, after a while the gatekeepers can remember you and release the entrance more quickly). The apartment facing a kind of forest is a positive point for me. I recommend it.

The Condominium is spectacular, just as you can see in the publication. I recommend it for families As for Carlos and Sonia, they welcomed us very well, always predisposed and attentive to everything we needed. Even Carlos gave us an electric pava that did not exist in the apartment, I send us a new one!!! Very happy with the attention and predisposition he always had.

Everything impeccable from checkin to checkout. The clean apartment, had absolutely everything the agent needed, very pleasant space. The place provides an incredible experience of the sea, as well as a swimming pool and children's area which made my trip easier with my daughter. The owner is extremely polite, at all times available in case of doubt.
