Great stay, apt well located and close to the beach, several restaurants nearby and market practically on the corner of the street! It was worth it.

Perfect location for short stay. The space was close to absolutely everything and the condominium was very quiet and quiet.

I recommend Arthur's apartment to everyone, it is exactly as in the description. Great location, is 100m from the beach, we went every day on foot, condominium where the AP is excellent, has great pools, among several other things the condominium offers of great use, such as ice machine spread across several points of the condominium. The beach itself is great, especially for those who go in the family, with children and the elderly tb. Riviera is very beautiful and has a very nice structure. In short, I will return at the next opportunity.

We located in Marcel's apartment with 4 adults and one 4 year old child. His apartment is very practical and comfortable! It is located in an easily accessible block, quite quiet and with a beautiful view of the garden from the balcony. The washing machine was a note 10 for a 7-day trip! The condominium itself is beautiful and very quiet, it has two pools - a large and a children's, sauna, restaurant (unfortunately with slow service) and opportunities to play tennis and beach tennis! The one-time fee for use of the swimming pool was R$45 per adult (children under 5 years old are free). Marcel was extremely clear in his communication, sending detailed instructions about the condominium, the apartment and even tourist recommendations from Ubatuba. The beach access is just minutes from the condo entrance. For those who do not know Praia das Toninhas, I recommend to visit!

The apartment perfectly served my family. It has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning in every room, and everything works. Everything was clean and organized. Good beds and tbm pillows. There's a dryer in the bathroom. Communication with the hosts was great, they always responded to me quickly. The location is excellent, outside the movement of the center, but quickly by car to get there. The condominium is excellent, great pools you can enjoy on a day that you don't want to go to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

We liked the apartment, everything was clean and organized It's really like the pictures. The air-conditioning makes all the difference to the moments we stay in the apartment and the shower is good with plenty of water. A cool point was the washing machine, as it helps to dry the swimsuits. I just missed a table on the balcony to make a barbecue and I found the double mattress uncomfortable, it made a lot of noise, as it was springs and it is very used. I found it practical to check in and check out .

I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo always attentive and proactive, even got an extra car seat during the weekend, by courtesy. Flexible Check in and Check out, I indicate for sure. Everything worked as advertised. The apartment is described faithfully and is in a very pleasant and privileged region with access to metro, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants, all close by. The condominium is legal and the possibility of parking the car is a very interesting factor, since parking in the region can be quite expensive.

The accommodation was exactly what we saw in the photos, all well organized, we love the practicality of being in front of the beach and being able to use the swimming pool of the building that was really what made us close and it was worth it, great size and depth of the pool and also excellent use times. Antônio was always very quick to respond and give information before and after we closed. The apartment is very clean and organized has plenty of mattresses and pillows. Very nice shower too. Anyway, it was worth the investment. we'll be back for sure

Estadia was perfect , the apartment in person is much better than in the photos , in the photos I found ok but personally it is muuuuuuito better than in the photos , very large and spacious recommend muuuuuuito !!!

Thank you Raquel, we spent a couple of wonderful days, the ap is super complete. My husband can work quietly the days he was there. è near restaurant, market, pharmacy. Nearby to walk along the two beaches Riviera and Itaguaré. Great for those who have children because it is all screened, being very safe. We definitely leave with the urge to go back again.
