Great location within Lake Forest Glen. Near the entrance and on the end of the street this home has a green play area, a gate to the park over the street and a ten minute walk to the Lake. Central for North Lake Tahoe ski areas. I have just spent time and money on new downstairs floors, New paint, New appliances (Kitchen) dishwasher, Range-Oven, Microwave. This also includes a enclosed rear yard and deck for private BBQ's and kids play area.

❤️ Lakeview home is the perfect Tahoe getaway. 30 seconds from the lake, 5min walk to restaurants/bars, Casinos & Heavenly Ski resort just up the road. A Lake View Deck, HotTub , Bikes, Paddle boards, Fast Wifi, private work areas. 6 adults max, but lots of kids allowed. A large 15,000 sq ft fenced yard with hottub, firepit, paddle boards and a fuzzball table. Great for families. Not a party house. Vac HRP 131 .❤️❤️
