Holiday rentals with a patio in Statesville

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

Super convenient to downtown Davidson. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Would stay again!

Lynn was a wonderful host. We had issues getting the lock box open but she was very helpful and responded quickly! Love the location and the vibe of the place!

my only issue is I wish I could move in lol. This airbnb was one of my top 3 most spacious and also by far my favorite, by its layout and privacy and more. shower was spacious, only thing I'd add is a larger shower head like a rainfall shower head and curtains on the two windows. overall easily too favorite places ever on airbnb, just wish I could afford to move ing long term 😆.

this was above and beyond our expectations for how nifty place to stay. if you have to stay in salacity, this is is where I would highly recommend.

Quiet and relaxing location close the Atrium Health stadium. Easy to get to other attractions in Charlotte area. Parking was off street and plentiful. Host had well stocked kitchen. Cozy living room. Enjoyed our time there. Host was responsive to questions. Would stay again

We came for my birthday weekend and it was a great environment. We got to enjoy the back yard and the sun.

We had a great family gathering at Scott’s lake house. Lots of room for everyone including Skye, our dog. Great sunrises and sunsets. Played cornhole and went inside to warm up!

The house inside was great for what we needed for the weekend. Useful things like paper plates, kitchen essentials and cleaning supplies provided. Outside could use some TLC, but the house overall fit our needs.

Clip was a great Host! The house was very clean, which is very important to me. All appliances in the house work well. He allowed us to check in early because we had an early flight. This condo is true to the pictures. Very classy and well maintained. It’s in a fantastic location and Jeremy is a sheer joy to deal with. Highly recommend and hope to return in the very near future!

Great location. Space was very clean and perfect for our short 2 night weekend. The rental was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Included parking close to the front door was always available as we came and went. We would absolutely stay here again and really appreciate our hosts having us.

We had a great stay for the holiday with our son. Katherine’s place was everything we needed clean & comfortable. The short walk to the shops & restaurants of Davidson made it a real gem. We will definitely be back!
