Hidden gem of Sofia! Enjoyed the stay a lot! The only thing that dishwasher had not worked for all 10 days and it was not fixed, one handyman came once but he was not able to fix the issue. I’ve bought the salt for dishwasher + asked to fix the issue faster, because this kitchen is truly dependent on a dishwasher ( no place to dry plates, etc.) . it seems that this flat is owned by some company and everything is done really slowly except answers in the app itself. But still even without dishwasher this flat is totally worth the price, so 5/5, but could have been 6/5😂

Place was nice

Our stay in Sofia could not have been better. The place was exactly as described, VERY walkable, and well worth the money. The owner had to come and do some maintenance that was mandatory from the city and out of our control. Communication around this could have been better from host and we got some bumps during the maintenance as the maintenance arrived 20 minutes earlier than they said they would and didn’t knock when entering, but it was not the hosts fault and that truly was a one-off occurrence. The stay was perfect, right in the center of Sofia, and pretty quiet. There is a Hostel/large apartment next door that got a bit loud but nothing crazy and they quieted down after 5-10 minutes. I would 100% stay again

A cozy retro-style apartment in Sofia. Nice area, in the apartment it's totally quiet 24h a day which I highly appreciated. Close proximity to supermarkets, tram/metro station, cafes. Walking distance to Sofia's main sights. The place is spacious and perfect for two people, maybe up to 3. AC works well for heating, kitchen is functional however not suitable for more than basic cooking (no sharp knife, no grater, no blender). The bed is good, bathroom basic but good enough. All in all a good value for money.

I was having a problem for my check-in process but overall I had a great stay, the property is not too big but comfy for 1 or a couple, it near the metro, bus stop and tram, the facilities are complete which makes ur feels like a home

Dimitar is a great host! Friendly and quick in response. Provided loads of valuable info about nearby places. The apartment is close to US embassy and 3-4 metro stations away from the city center. There are parks and malls in walking distance. Couple of nice restaurants as well. 1 bedroom apartment with all you need for a quiet feel-like-home stay. Amenities are in order. Kitchen is equipped. Though WiFi could have been better. Easy to check in and check out. Highly recommended.

I loved staying at Mila's apartment. It was clean, it had everything I needed to feel home away from home. It's in a great location with amazing views. Near the metro, grocery and convenience stores almost at your doorstep. Lots of restaurants and 7 minutes away from the theatre district on foot. In fact I loved it so much that I wanted to book it again in the fall. However, it was not available and I booked another one of her apartments. Mila was a great host and always responded very quickly.
