It is 200m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls at breakfast on the terrace. The apartment has NO TV and an open bathroom without a door. If you don't like it, don't book it;-)

The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

Das sehr ruhig, in einer Parallelstraße zur Promenade gelegene Haus ist vom Strand, Kurpark und der Fußgängerzone jeweils nur 150 m entfernt. Es handelt sich um eine kleine, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Appartement Die im ersten Stock gelegene, 40 qm große Wohnung und der 5 qm große Balkon sind sehr geschmackvoll und für 2 Personen komplett bis ins Detail ausgestattet. Sie werden nichts vermissen und sich wohl fühlen.

It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Lake Plauer, Elde and the harbor with many possibilities for water sports, long walks and bike rides.

The apartment is located in the middle of the forest on the Ratzeburger Küchensee. It has a balcony that runs out of the living room. In the bedroom there is a freestanding bathtub overlooking the forest and lake that flashes through the trees.
