Cozy apartment with birdsong

In the best location Immerse yourself in a lively Berlin with its typical flair and enjoy a stylish home in the middle of the pulsating Kreuzberg directly on the Spree. The quiet apartment in a former jam factory was furnished in January 2012 with love and a secure sense for beautiful interior. Relaxed beach bars, trendy clubs and good restaurants are around the corner. Countless real Berlin pubs are open all night and for the appetite in between there are snack bars with doner kebab, pizza and homemade burgers of the first quality. It is five minutes to the Künstlerhaus Betanien, ten minutes to the “Badeschiff”, a swimming pool with a pontoon floating on the Spree, from which you can admire large passing ships. The transport links are perfect. You have 300 m to the subway, 800 m to the S-Bahn and reach in no time all the cultural highlights and centers of Berlin. Your home on time The apartment has been equipped with carefully selected individual pieces according to all the rules of furnishing. A heated floor made of smoked oak real wood parquet forms the appropriate – and barefoot warm – stylish basis for this. Many of the furniture comes from the boardroom of a former sauerkraut factory in Brandenburg – discovered by a friendly location scout during the filming of a film project. For comfort and well-being, you have a large bright bathroom with bath and shower, a kitchen with induction cooker, microwave, various kitchen appliances such as a kettle, etc., and a practical washing machine. Fast Wi-Fi and cable TV ensure fast internet connection and good entertainment. Right down in the courtyard there are two playgrounds – if you come with your children – and a large communal terrace for everyone with a view over the Spree. A good place to unwind after a day in Berlin. All rooms are characterized by a consistently generous design, which creates clarity and leaves free space. The colourful pictures of the landlady, an art painter and illustrator from Munich, put you in a good mood and create an artistically inspired atmosphere. The house at Köpenicker Straße 10a has a long history. The building was built in 1911 in Art Nouveau style on the dry meadows of the Katundrucker and Wolldärber on the Spree. The tenants of this period were craftsmen, merchants and officers – Helmut Aust Marmeladen-und Konservenfabrik GmbH settled in two of the transverse buildings. Directly behind the building was the Flussbadenanstalt, founded by Ernst von Pfuel in 1817, the first military education and swimming pool in Berlin, which continued until 1933. The Pfuel'sche Badeanstalt shaped the image of all other Berlin river baths, which were built on piles and had a shielded water basin protected from prying eyes. Over the years, the property has been constantly modernized – nothing has been lost from the original charm of the founding period to this day. Welcome Please note that the Berlin Senate levied a bed tax of 5% of the accommodation costs (tourist tax) on 1.1.1014. Unfortunately, I have to receive this amount in cash (against receipt) from my guests.... Entire apartment, courtyards and water terrace I live with my two children in the apartment next door and I am available (almost) any time for questions. An Italian cafe is just opposite. There is coffee as well as lunch dishes and cake. A supermarket is right next door. Kreuzberg is an extensive district where many students and artists live. Here you can also find thrift stores, street art, casual bars, and snack stalls. U12, Schlesisches Tor stop, several bus lines, S-Bahn Warschauer Str or Ostbahnhof The apartment is on the ground floor of a green patio, in front of the apartment there is a bench for smokers. The apartment has automatic shutters, so that the rooms can be completely darkened if desired.

Beautiful Altbau Studio

Come stay in our beautiful and cozy apartment in trendy Neukölln. Berlin's new edgy district. The studio includes a beautiful open plan living room / fully equipped kitchen with a double bed with a comfy mattress, bare red brick walls, and 4 meter ceilings. The studio is on the ground floor at the back of the building, with direct access to the beautiful and calming house garden. 2 min walk from four supermarkets, 5 min walk from Berlins infamous Tempelhof, 1 min from the U8 & S Ring trains.

Cute apartment directly at Bergmannkiez!

Great location directly at the Bergmannkiez, this cute 37m² apartment is located in a quiet inner courtyard, on the basement level of an old Berlin style building. It has a separate bedroom with window to the courtyard & a king bed. The lounge room has a sofa bed for 2 also with a window to the courtyard. The bathroom is with shower and kitchen is fully equipped, plus there is a washing machine. Please note the shower is only 2m in height so not suited for rugby players or sumo wrestlers!

Sexy Central Flat with View, Home Working Perfect!

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 13 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours!! <3 It is also suitable for a family with children and has a disable access lift. Our accommodation is close to all the popular cafés and bars around the Bergmann- and Gräfekiez, as well as Kreuzkölln (Curry 36, Mustafas Gemüse Döner, Room 77). It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, in the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Beautiful, bright rooms near Ku'damm with balcony

This is where Berlin shows its beautiful side. The city-west is at your feet and with the S-Bahn you are in Mitte in a quarter of an hour. Trade fair visitors can easily reach their destination.
