Our stay at the nest was absolutely magical! The place has everything you could possibly need with many adorable little touches throughout. The location is PERFECT, literally steps from the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. Truly an unforgettable experience, we can't wait to come back.

The Rincon Surf Villa was immaculate with new finishes, and decor. The rooftop deck was an added bonus. The bathrooms were new with consistently hot showers and excellent water pressure. We loved our stay and appreciated Allison’s responsiveness.

I read EVERY review under this house BEFORE renting it & found I would take the chance at rent it myself. After my 10 day stay, I can say this was the most pleasant/peaceful experience ever. Kevin responds QUICKLY anytime I reach out. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Nobody bothers anybody. The house was clean and EXACTLY as described. I had a blast here with my brothers. Not one issue. Washing machine, bathrooms, kitchen, wifi, Air conditioning, TV, ALL of it was perfect. I have no complaints. I just hope this is still listed next time I come to puerto rico for the same price. between me and my two brothers splitting the cost between us three for the 10 night stay…. i felt guilty for how good the deal was. no lie. I think applebees charges more for a good night out then kev does for a good night here. I highly recommend. I read every review, dont listen any negative ones. im sure those people didnt communicate or read the description correctly. cause i can vouch for this crib.

I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful beachfront property in Aguada, Puerto Rico! From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the beach right from the balcony. The location was absolutely perfect—waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets over the ocean was pure bliss. The home was well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My family and I had a beautiful, relaxing vacation here.

Robert’s king suite was spotless and comfortable. Nestled in the beautiful hills of Puntas, Rincon, we woke up every morning to a wonderful morning breeze. We felt safe and loved how peaceful the space was, as there are only two rental suites on the property. We definitely plan on staying with Robert again!

Christina's place is great. We stayed a couple days in Rincon. Very cool place. The beach is within steps out the front door. Christina has great communication. Even offered a few of her favorite places to eat. The covered patio was my favorite. You can hear the ocean waves anytime of the day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and if we get the chance would stay here again. Thanks

Julia and Eric are amazing! Knowledgeable and super friendly/approachable! They know and love their local area and give great recommendations, which made us feel welcome/right at home and make the most out of our time in PR. They made our stay comfortable and helped us beyond expected when we ran into some travel troubles. The space is beautiful and cozy- with a central location to Aguadilla's best!

The place was very nice and there was a lot of gorgeous nature around it. The house was very clean and super comfortable. The house also had solar power, which came in handy when the power went out in new Year's eve. Overall, I would come back to this place again if I get the opportunity. Nelsie is a great host. Super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. 5 Stars!!

The house was exactly as described and incredibly spacious, perfect for large groups. Our family of ten fit comfortably, and we had plenty of room to relax. The location was also ideal, close to many of the places we wanted to visit. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

Villa Carolyn looked exactly as pictured. The views are incredible. Everything was clean and they provide you with a lot of beach/pool towels. There are two bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. In one of the bedroom upstairs there is a full bed and twin bed that has another twin pull out so it easily accommodates four people. The pool is way more spacious than I thought it is very comfortable for five grown adults and two children to be in at the same time. Ryan, the host was very responsive and took care of anything we needed. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We have been traveling to PR for over 15years, this is by far our favorite place to stay with the family. Very convenient location if you’re a surf family. The grounds are super safe for the kids and the pool overlooks the surf break called Rivermouth out front. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved this place! Ideal location - lots of restaurants and shopping, very walkable, across the street from a small stretch of beach - perfect for the early risers who wanted to walk or sit in the sun before the rest of us were up. We WILL be back!

This place is awesome. Plenty of room for everyone. Walk to everything Rincon has to offer except surfing you need to drive about 5 mins for that but well worth the stay. Definitely would book this place again. Very clean and beds were great.
