Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Kathy was super helpful and responsive. 100% recommend. I’ve staid in a number of Airbnb’s and this was one of the best ones.

Owners, Linda & Bill, hospitality was top notch! It was a beautiful home & decorated so cute. We were in town for a funeral & they were kind & left us a card and snacks when we arrived at their house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a very old house in a questionable neighborhood that has been fixed up for an Airbnb. While they can't fix the neighborhood, the hosts have done a fantastic job making the home comfortable and attractive to guests. The inside was very clean, and the amenities were not cheap (thick paper towels and good sheets and blankets). When we arrived, the house was far better than its picture on Google Earth from 2022. You would be hard-pressed to find anything better in the Duncan area for the price they are charging. We enjoyed having a fenced-in backyard for our dog, something you won't find at a hotel. The kitchen was clean and well stocked, a great assortment of snacks was available, and the clean bathroom had everything we needed. Prior reviews commented on the drafts in the house. We counted three mini-splits, three electric fireplaces, and three additional space heaters if needed. The hosts are responsive, thoughtful, and care about their guests. We would visit again.
