The Cherry Tree - Beautiful Grade 2 Listed Barn

Beautiful converted barn within our Grade Two listed property. The barn is at the rear of our property and has its own private access and garden. The barn is split into two self contained annexes and the garden and chickens are shared between the two annexes. A full extensive renovation has just been competed in July 2018 and is ready for the perfect getaway, work retreat or stop off. Plenty of local amenities and Kieran will leave you to it, but on hand if you need anything.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Dbl bedroom, lge lounge with sofabed children 2 max, wet room, kitchen. Tea/coffee provided. Air fry oven. WE DO NOT ACCEPT 4 ADULTS Private patio area for guests, we back onto the RSPB, 5 mins Shuttleworth. Bedford 20 mins St Neots 10 mins MK 25 mins. Lovely walks. Train 5 mins walk. We do not accept pets as we have a 2 dogs. local shops have baker, butchers and several eating/takeaways, tesco and co-op. Lots of nice local walks .

The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. The cottage accommodation is over two floors with an open plan sitting room, diner and vintage kitchen decorated in French farmhouse style, whitewashed beams and oak floors.
