We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was fantastic. We loved the hi spec kitchen for the only meal we cooked whilst there. It was a home from home. Only being a brisk 5 min walk from the promenade was a bonus. Near to restaurants and shops too.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

Gary's is a fantastic host and his home is stunning, we have stayed here quite a few times and its been exceptional every time. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Great Place to stay. A very smart modern house, Everything we needed for our weeks stay. Will definitely stay there again.

The location is about as central as you can get, with good parking and easy walking to most parts of Sidmouth. The house is well furnished and the bathrooms are very new and very clean. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out and is a great place for family gatherings! The outside kitchen BBQ would be great in Summer; we were there in February and still used the BBQ because it is a great covered area...and the BBQ kit is fantastic....bet BBQ i've ever cooked on. It also great being part of the hotel because there is always someone on hand to help out (we simply needed some more bin bags) Great place to stay for a large group and would stay again.

I would highly recommend this property for larger groups. Great location, clean, spacious and modern. Communication was almost instantaneous and check in was via a box on site, so very easy! Car parking for at least 2 cars with on street parking for other within a minute or so walk, and having the Tesco nearby was convenient for fuel and anything else we needed during our stay. Would easily stay here again!

Daryl's place is amazing, just as pictured and described. Very modern with everything you need. The garden was also a great size and very secure for our dog who enjoyed the freedom of being able to go in and out as he pleased. Darly was a great host, responded quickly to any queries and was very accommodating and flexible as we were there to be close to my mum why she was in derriford hospital. Would love to stay here again under better circumstances one day! Thank you!

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.

Amazing view of the sea. We were lucky to have good weather during our visit in November which helps. We could see the start/finish of the local parkrun. Bolberry Down is beautiful. We had dinner in the local Ocean's Restaurant and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. I'd misread the listing and thought we had access to the downstairs garden but this is a first floor apartment. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd love to come back regularly.

Everything is arranged with care and taste, large and comfortable bed, wonderful to adjoin the park. Good communications. We can thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

I booked Dan’s place for my mother in law and her friend visiting Exeter for the first time. They were very happy with the cleanliness, accessibility of the flat and the excellent location. We highly recommend the flat!

Mia’s place was gorgeous, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It was lovely to have all the necessities there, including milk and toiletries to use. It’s in a great location and Mia was always so friendly and responsive. I would 100% recommend! The only bit to keep in mind is that this is not exactly an apartment, but a self sufficient section of a family home with certain doors locked to make it private. The parking is also an extremely small lay by in front of the back garage, accessible by a very steep, narrow single lane ally way. Mia was helpful in helping us find this, but just be aware that if your car is larger than a fiat 500 and you are not a confident driver, you may struggle.

We absolutely loved our time at the apartment. It was spotless, very well furnished and everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and the views especially from the main bedroom were spectacular. The boys absolutely loved the hot tub and it was a very peaceful place. The walk to the cove was amazing (although steep). All in all a perfect visit! Thank you so much!

Enjoyed our stay very much, two excellent (but with different vibes) pubs a 5 minute walk away. Check food serving days though, Sunday to Tuesdays is limited (same applies over the water in Dartmouth). Easy and frequent passenger ferry and vehicle service to and from Dartmouth five minutes walk at bottom of road . Great vista from the apartment. Two excellent National Trust properties nearby, and lots of scenic walking. Plenty of exercise thanks to the gradients !

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. The views are wonderful and we loved how close the apartment is to the beach. We had many dog walks. The apartment was spotless and we appreciated the binoculars and telescope. We had a meal at Rockfish which was fabulous and also really liked the Beach pub which is opposite. We would definitely stay again, truly a hidden gem.

The flat was very spacious & beautifully designed. It had everything we needed & was very close to the sea. All the furniture was really comfortable and Karen was a brilliant host

This place was a really lovely cosy little bolthole, and surprisingly peaceful despite being in town. Really decent quality and lots of very thoughtful provisions in place such as real coffee and milk in fridge on arrival- plus lovely little treat / surprise laid out! Luke is a proactive, considerate and communicative host. I would definitely stay here again, and the beautiful park opposite was a real bonus and great for my senior dog as not too far for her to walk to lie in the sunshine. ☺️

A beautiful place in a beautiful location and lovely to get away for a few days and enjoy the fantastic apartment and the views i could sit and watch for hours.

We had a brilliant stay here. Martin was there to greet us upon arrival to show us around and gave us great recommendations for places to visit which our kids loved. Could not fault a thing. Will be coming back again! Highly recommend.

Angie and John made us feel very welcome. Spotless apartment with fantastic views. Especially from the veranda and bedrooms. Thai restaurant great freshly made food, can take your own alcohol. The Ship also good food. We also had a lovely takeaway sunday roast from Trade Winds (huge portions). All the resturants advice to pre book. My husband booked a Shiatsu session with Angie and found it very helpful. Would certainly return.
