Wonderful, spacious place. We immediately felt at home. The gardens and porch were lovely and would have been nice to enjoy if it had not been so cold while we were there.

This was a very good location- right off the Riverwalk with easy access to lots of restaurants, shopping, the Alamo, etc. It was also very nice to have a parking spot to be able to drive and see other sites in San Antonio without paying very high hotel daily parking fees. Clear instructions on how to access everything, and the apartment was clean and perfect for a weekend getaway with a kitchen with all the basics you would need.

This place is walking distance from the Pearl, Pullman Market, and the riverwalk!!! I will definitely be back

Angela's place is very close to everything. The beautiful Cathedral and its displays can be seen from the room. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Usually I appreciate when I can open windows in the room, but these windows you cannot open. I just love fresh air! But the room was definitely not stuffy nor did it contain any odors, very clean. We loved the cozy room. My husband loved the bed, but I prefer a firm bed for my back. Nothing is ever perfect when you leave home, but would highly recommend Angelas place. She is quick to respond, helpful with whatever questions you have and overall a very nice person. We actually LOVED San Antonio as everybody we met at restaurants or had conversations with were just very kind and good people! God bless!

Had a fantastic stay at Austin’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Austin’s communication was excellent. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay. Five stars all around!

My family enjoyed our time in this very lovely home that comfortably fit our 8 adults and 3 children. The host answered questions and concerns promptly and was very helpful during the stay! The home was close to all the major attractions we wanted to visit! Definitely recommend!

This is the second time we stayed here as a family. The managers are super responsive. The battery died on the door lock and they were there in about 15 minutes to get us in.

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood,close to stores, and was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly was less than 10 minutes to the Air Force base as we were in town to see our son’s graduation. We will definitely stay here again.

Love the place clean and Richard was very helpful we also love the jacuzzi relaxing after long walk in town we recommend this place.

This condo is a fantastic choice for staying close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. It provides convenient access to downtown, the Creekside shopping center, Gruene, and more. The community is exceptionally quiet, which we found to be a major plus. We also really appreciated the host's flexibility in accommodating our last-minute request to extend our stay—they were responsive, helpful, and willing to assist. The only minor drawback was the tight parking spaces, but aside from that, the condo met our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We had a great stay here. The area was by the river so was easy to walk down and enjoy some beautiful surroundings. It was a quick drive downtown or to Gruene and right next to a lovely park. Nice and clean space.

Thank you for allowing us to book last minute. It was a great space and great location, just what we needed. Would stay again.

The condo is a PERFECT spot for a family or 2! Walking distance to almost everything we needed to do and we cannot wait to stay here in the summer with our kids when we float the River!

Our group has been coming to Gruene annually for 27 years! This is one of the best places we have stayed and it is our 4th year in a row here. Large living room sectional, great patio area are both great for lounging and hanging out. All big beds and the rarity of 4 full bathrooms … and the best thing is you can walk to everything!
