Holiday rentals with beach access in Strangford Lough

Had everything I needed, great location

We had a lovely stay at John's place. The accommodation was clean, cosy and well-decorated. The view from the patio windows was incredible. Lots of lighting options and excellent cooking facilities and bathrooms, which are important for comfort and convenience. You are within 5 minutes' walk of a local Eurospar, coffee shops, pubs and a couple of fine restaurants. Walkers will also love proximity to Murlough nature reserve and the Mournes. We look forward to returning at another time.

Absolute diamond of a find - will definitely be back . Dylan was very helpful and extremely responsive. The place is beautifully decorated , very well maintained, spotless clean , had everything we needed . , warm and comfortable, a home from home . Central location . 5 mins from locals gyms also which was important to us (great recommendations from Dylan) Lovely walks along the water . So impressed with this place 5*

Excellent value for money in ideal location. Dylan was very attentive and helped us have a really pleasant stay. The apartment is very cosy and clean. I would definitely recommend to stay here and make sure you go next door to Grace Neil’s , great music and craic.

We had a wonderful stay at Glenda and Charlie’s place. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walks and swims nearby.

Fantastic stay at Janet's apartment. Stunning views overlooking the water and Mournes so we instantly relaxed. Charming decor within and tasteful artwork. Lots of lovely walks nearby and a short drive into Newcastle. Would definitely book again. Highly recommend for those looking rest and solace.

Friendly, helpful, great communication from host Pauline. Accommodation has everything you need plus little extra touches like milk, butter, eggs, tea, coffee etc. This was our second stay here for a yearly event locally that we attend. Highly Recommended this place to stay.

A beautiful house with a view out to the sea. The house is immaculate and inviting with everything you need for a great stay, lots of space and our host Kate was so accommodating and helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay. My husband a i really loved the hot tub underneath the stars. It was so relaxing to use each night after our 9 month went to sleep. I also really liked the large tub in the bathroom that made for relaxing soaks each day, especially while hearing faint sounds of seagulls and wind blowing through the trees outside. Our 9 month old loved the living room and climbing around our bed in the bedroom. Alex even had a crib for us! Our continental breakfast was also a really nice touch. And, Alex put up happy birthday banner and balloons before we arrived since it was my birthday weekend. It was a lovely surprise! Highly recommend staying here if you get a chance.

We had a great stay in Crawfordsburn. The house was exactly as described and Gillian made us feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful four weeks at Imogen's house as part of a family trip around the UK. We needed a stable base after moving out of our London flat as part of an extended UK tour before relocating overseas. The natural light and courtyard were great. It was beautifully clean and thoughtfully set up, like a real home. The kitchen and utility room were super handy travelling as a family. I made good use of the mezzanine office to keep working while my husband and son were out and about. We loved being close to the beach and parks for walking and running. There was great coffee at the Coffee Rustler in Bangor itself (and a Lego store, Magpies, that my son enjoyed). It was pretty easy to get into Belfast by car or on the train when I wanted to go to the office. We also used the house as a base for exploring other parts of Northern Ireland and the Republic. Imogen was great to deal with - responsive and really thoughtful with suggestions, and letting us in early on the day we checked in.

Lovely little house in a great location for exploring the town. Lots of cafes, shops, walks, parks etc locally and very dog friendly area. The house had everything needed, toiletries, blankets, games and books. The soda bread, butter, jam and milk were a welcome surprise after a long day travelling! Would definitely stay here again if in the area ☺️

Lovely relaxing apartment with friendly neighbours. The view from the lounge was stunning and so relaxing, even on days when the weather wasn't so good. If you want a place to chill, this is the place. Walking distance of Donaghadee (about 20 mins) and 10 min drive to Bangor.

We stayed in this area before but used another apartment. This time, we chose Tracy's place because the price was better and the photos looked good. We were not disappointed. Tracy was amazing with her communication. Her instructions for check-in were very clear and we gained access without an issue. The place itself is beautiful. Tracy has done so much to take care of the little things and the attention to detail is incredible. The apartment is beautiful and it looks out over the bay as shown in the photos. It is very private and we did not hear any noise from others. The kitchen is stocked better any other place we have stayed. Located at the end of a small court, we walked along the main street, along the beach and around the bay. It was great that Tracy dropped by just before we left so we could actually meet her. She is just as lovely as her apartment. We are so happy we discovered this place.

the location is really nice. Spirit Store is right next door and was a really comfortable spot to relax in. host greeted me and let me check in early because I had been travelling for 24 hours. Will definitely use again in the future.

This rental was spotless. It is on a busy street but close to the ocean. The kitchen has all we needed. The weather happened to be beautiful while we were there. The unit looked freshly painted. We had a lovely time
