What a beautiful spot. Couldn’t ask for somewhere more peaceful, comfortable or private to enjoy some quality time in nature with family. Deborahs place is stunning and has everything you need to relax. Top tip : Bring eye patches to sleep if you are sensitive to light as it’s brilliantly bright from sunrise to sunset in both bedrooms ~ which of course maximizes on the incredible views and adds to the stylish look of the place. We will be back!

This cozy room in a cute house with a large beautiful garden was fairly close to an event I was attending in downtown Courtenay. It was about $100 cheaper than a hotel over two nights, and even more since you can use the kitchen to cook. It was easy to find and Hans Peter gave very good instructions on how to enter as well as ground rules for using the place. The communication was excellent via Airbnb. You can use the common areas and he'll even leave space for your food in the fridge, yet it's also quiet and peaceful as everyone respects each other's privacy. I would definitely stay here again!

Wow; what a great spot. Perfect getaway for a few families. So many activities to do and very comfy. The pool was a huge amenity for the kids (and adults). Definitely will go back!

We loved it here! The cottage and property were so charming and inviting. Our kids loved their cozy bed nooks with toys hidden underneath. We all enjoyed spending time with the animals and wandering the wonderful flower and vegetable gardens. Carol was exceptionally welcoming and generous. We would definitely recommend staying here and are already planning to return.

Second time here. Loved it. Feasted on oysters and clams. Rob and Josephine are lovely, welcomed us with hugs. :)

I had an incredible time and left feeling deeply grounded and at peace. This place is truly special! The hosts, Mark and Cynthia, (and their dog Tulip) are very kind and generous people. They greeted me when I got off the boat and helped me with my bags and made sure I was comfortably settled in. Throughout my stay, they checked in occasionally to ensure I had everything I needed. I stayed in the Wren, a tiny little cabin. It was cozy and comfy and had everything I needed. The views from the cabin were absolutely breathtaking. I felt very grateful to be in such a beautiful place. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with very wonderful and thoughtful hosts in an unforgettable setting!

The perfect getaway. The Perch was so peaceful and inspiring. Coffee on the back deck is a dream. They really preserved nature around the home (I can't imagine the efforts and precautions taken during construction). The living room window was like looking into a terrarium, especially with the outdoor lights at night, I loved looking out through that window. We appreciated the art around the cabin, books, dimmable lights, and big comfy couch! The hosts are caring and kind, and we hope to be able to visit again soon.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The space is comfy and homey, the property is beautiful and peaceful. We were very happy to have chosen such a wonderful place to spend our weekend.

Great spot in a gorgeous location. We thoroughly enjoyed being here as a base to explore the Coast. The cabin was super cute and setup with everything we could have needed. One thing to keep in mind is that the shower is not usable if the temperatures are below zero when you are visiting. Otherwise everything was as expected.

Sabrina and Trevor’s place is a gem. Their property is lovely and the yurt is so cozy. Everything is organized so nicely and we had everything we could want or need.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Horseshoe Cottage. It was in a beautiful, quiet location that was a quick drive to town and close to so many trails! The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. An added bonus was morning window visits from their cat and having a view of their horse and pony. Daniel and Christy were also very responsive and made sure I felt comfortable and welcome in my stay. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who enjoys a quiet, country side location that's a quick drive to many great places.

Nice spot, close enough but also tucked away enough. Tidy suite and beautiful property, easy to recommend. The coffee beans + grinder were a nice touch.

Claire was responsive and friendly. The farmhouse was as described, very clean, spacious and well worth the price.

Thank you for everything! We had an amazing time. Just a heads up, we stayed in the forest tent and the bed is severely caved in. We had disrupted sleep from rolling into each other and having to wake up to flop over to the other side and then again and again. If the bed was flatter it would have been everything we needed for a restful and recuperating glamping getaway. Thanks again!

This place was beautiful. I was travelling solo for work and it was so nice to rest here after a few days of work. The sunset was spectacular, you can watch as it goes down right from the window. Would certainly stay again!

Beautiful home, very friendly and responsive hosts. We stayed here in the fall for a couples getaway and it was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Smith Lake Farm. Clea went over and above to make our stay comfortable including firing up the sauna for us early one morning as well as providing some great recommendations for dinner. We used that Tiny house as a base to get to Mt Washington but would love to come back and experience it in the summer.

Ebony's place is as advertised. it is roomy and the kitchen is well appointed. the neighborhood is quiet and it's close enough to town if you need to. Try to arrive in daylight the first time because it's our in the country and the turns are not lighted.

We love the Serendipity Inn. It is such a unique and fun place to stay. Roy is very friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the details like plenty of wood for the cozy fireplace and generous baskets of snacks and treats. The scenery in the area is beautiful. We like walking down to visit ‘Digger’, resident horse. There are lots of games in the house, as well as a pool table. The house is rustic but charming, and Roy is a top-notch host. We will definitely return to the Serendipity Inn!

Bronwyn's house was beautiful. The house was more beautiful then the photos and had a very cozy, and welcoming feeling. There were loads of unexpected details throughout the whole house. Communication was excellent. We booked this house to be close to Mt. Washington, and we will definitely book again. Thanks for all the care that you have put into this home!

Wonderful stay! The place and environment is beautiful, the yurt feels very cozy and Chanchal so helpful and kind. It is a beautiful get away to disconnect. The only thing to be aware of, based on personal preference, is that the bed is quite soft.

Cool farm. Great family. Lots to keep the little kids happy. Would book here again.
