The Old Dairy is a self contained octagonal Victorian building in the garden of our grade 2 listed farmhouse. Located at the end of a private drive in a hamlet in the Surrey hills we overlook fields and have private access to the network of public footpaths in the glorious Surrey countryside. We are in a quiet rural location but several good pubs are within 5 minutes drive or 30-40 minutes walk along public footpaths and bridleways. We have ample parking and long stay parking can be arranged.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This is a very cosy self contained double bedroom with ensuite, not a cottage with lots of rooms! Please read the full description and look carefully at the photos. Kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave. Very efficient electric wall heaters. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Please enquire. Check-in after 4pm. Check-out by 10am.
