Charming villa in village close to the sea.

The house is located in the village of Fjaltring close to popular Høfte Q, where you can swim, fish and surf. There is plenty of space and nice views of the fields and the North Sea from the 1st floor. It is about 850 meters to the sea. The garden is lovely. There is a sauna and shower in the basement, bathroom on the ground floor and toilet on the first floor. Heating is with air-air heat pump, electric radiators and wood-burning stove. El koster 2,75 dKr. pr. kWh, vand koster 47 dKr. pr. m3. If you want to rent bed linen and towels, this costs DKK 75 per person.

Lovely holiday home close to the North Sea

A few minutes walk from the harbor, shopping and one of Denmark's best beaches, this lovely, modernized holiday home is centrally located in the fishing village of Thyborøn. The garden and large terrace create the best setting for outdoor relaxation, play and good barbecue evenings for the whole family. The house consists of three bedrooms distributed with one double bed and two 3/4 beds, living room, dining room, kitchen and activity room with pool table and dart board. In addition, the utility room with washing machine.

Quiet surroundings, spacious house. High ceilings. Room for everyone. At the village of Gadekær and walking distance to the Limfjord.
