Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Stummerberg

A sunny small apartment with overcomplete equipment on the outskirts of Seefeld about a 15-minute walk to the center, ski bus right in front of the house. Very clean, very nice communication, everything worked out great. Brigitte is a courteous, friendly hostess. Glad to come back!

We spent a relaxing week in Gerlosberg with family/friends. The house with large common room, terrace, sauna, ski bus stop right outside the door corresponded exactly to our expectations. The friendly Gerda provided us with rolls, fresh milk and all the necessary information. Thanks Gerda, we will be happy to come back!

The place is great for families and Isabelle is an excellent host ! She was very responsive and helpful the entire time.Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Birgit was so sweet and rebooked us to apartment 10, which has a large balcony with great mountain views. The kitchen is super equipped, the apartment is large and with plenty of storage space. You felt like home straight away. Parking is available in front of the door. You can start hiking directly from the property. Two supermarkets are only 5 minutes away by car and restaurants within walking distance. All in all, a very great Easter weekend. We'll be back for sure and then test the sauna and ping pong table.

We enjoyed our short stay in the apartment very much. Everything was as it should be. We can recommend the apartment in good conscience.

Nicci is a warm and open-minded host. In terms of (online) communication, Nicci is reliable and responsive. Instead of a simple key handover, she greeted us when we arrived in front of the house. Then she showed us in detail in the underground car park, apartment, sauna and gym. There were useful and diverse tips from her "on top". The apartment was very clean and ideal for two people. There was nothing missing. We were also surprised by some of the amenities she provided for us. We felt at home from "minute 1" and enjoyed daily from the living room the magnificent view of Nicci's "front garden" (Lake Tegernsee and the Berpanorama). If you want to get away from it all, you can highly recommend Nicci's apartment. Therefore 5 out of 5 stars! We'll be back.

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Like staying with friends privately…. It was easy to get in, it was easy to settle in… balcony out to the garden where there is a small river as well as a larger canal further up and in the morning there is a beautiful view.. Old vinyl records as well as record player in the living room which made the stay even more nostalgic.. super welcoming couple with the loveliest little girl…🤗 If you want to slow down, this is the perfect place.

The place is great! The rooms are well furnished. The existing washing machine greatly facilitates the stay. The sofa bed is great, the kitchen has everything you need. Our highlight was the home gym, incredible! We felt very comfortable and would come back.

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Easy check-in via key box. Spacious house, beds were made and plenty of towels available. We were only there for one night and left in the morning. I can't say anything about the kitchen equipment.

Our stay was great for the 8 of us. We found the accommodation cozy & really felt very comfortable. Harald was very nice, relaxed and gave us good recommendations for the area. For our 3-day mini ski vacation, it was also really fine that the next ski lift in Scheffau (beautiful ski resort) was only about 30 minutes away. We will be happy to be back next year. Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

Very clean, spacious and beautifully designed chalet. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We were very warmly welcomed by Maike. She was very committed to explaining everything important to the apartment and gave us further holiday tips. Even a "welcome greeting" was in the fridge for us. The apartment looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It is clean, tidy and superbly equipped. We didn't miss anything. Due to the quiet location, we were able to sleep super well and have breakfast in the morning on the beautiful loggia. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you!
