After a long drive as part of a weekend trip to southern Germany, we found the perfect place to arrive and recharge for the next (travel) day in Sandy's cozy stone cottage. We just felt very comfortable. Thank you, Sandra!

The house was great – even better than in the photos! Very cozy, with lovely touches for children, such as toys. The communication with Marc was very good, he always responded quickly. I can only recommend the place!

It’s a well functioning apartment if you travel like we did. 4 colleagues going to the fair. If you travel as a family you might miss a living room to watch tv. But for us it was perfect.

We were only here for one night, but have already known that we will feel comfortable when we wrote with Sarina and Sascha before. Just super nice! The "briefing" where what is was was straightforward and we could flexibly decide when we would arrive. In the apartment, everything you need is available and the view of a very well-kept garden delighted us after getting up. We'll be back in case we're around again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Good location and had everything we needed

The stay was very pleasant. The space is clean and has all the necessary things to make you feel right at home. Elli is very accommodating and stays in constant contact with you, so questions are answered in a timely manner. Shopping and recreation facilities are also located in the immediate vicinity of the property. A clear recommendation for people who want to stay in Waiblingen or Stuttgart.

Very pleasant! Super easy, productive and fast communication. You have your peace, through the key box you can check in without direct contact, you still feel well looked after. Everything as described, and extremely clean everything! Delighted! I read from another review that there is no shampoo, so I took my own, which I wouldn't have done otherwise. You have to know that, but it's no problem! We'd love to come back!

Stay at Katalin's place was very comfortable. Place matches the description and photos, pretty clean and pretty good range of utensils in the kitchen. I really loved how efficiently the space is utilized in the apartment providing all amenities one would need to make their stay very comfortable. Katalin was helpful , responsive and provided clear instructions during check-in. Apartment is about 8 mts walk from nearby U-Bahn and few shops around too to take care of the groceries. Overall, happy with the stay and would definitely go back should I visit Stuttgart. Thanks Katalin :)

The communication with Lena was very friendly, check-in uncomplicated. The apartment is clean and fully equipped and in a very quiet residential area. Parking at the house. My husband felt comfortable and would take the apartment again 👍🏽
