Cozy room

The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! You are welcomed anytime to have this Cozy Room. 👏👏👏

The Acorn: Private loft in Horse Country

Take it easy at a tranquil getaway on Fauquier County's historic Springs Road. Enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset from the deck. Take in the local wineries or some Civil War history. Catch the Gold Cup Races at Great Meadows, or travel to Skyline Drive to hike in the beautiful Blue Ridge. Fresh eggs are available at Whiffletree Farm right down the road. We're 40 minutes from the Metro and all DC has to offer! Full kitchen. Veteran owned. (Sadly, all our beloved goats have passed 🐐 )

Horse farm near Manassas Battlefield.

Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Ready to feel nostalgic and get away from the chaos? Visit our festive little Christmas Cottage that is attached to the back of our 100 year old farmhouse. Enjoy the stunning green hillside overlooking our sweet chicken coop. Fresh air, twinkling lights and privacy await! While you may feel 1,000 miles away...it's a short drive to shopping, wineries, 5 Star restaurants, lots of festivals and local events, even DC can be a day trip.
