Had a wonderful weekend, cottage with everything. Thommy the dog was the biggest sweetheart!

Perfect place to stay if you enjoy the beautiful, quiet surroundings of the Beetsterzwaag forest. Great for a family of 4 with small children. There’s a playground across the street with an animal farm. The supermarket is within walking distance (10 min)., And you are literally around the corner from biking and walking trails. And, only 30 mins away from a city like Groningen or about 1h from the Wadden sea coast. The hosts are warm, friendly and very helpful.

Top accommodation and top hostess! Everything was exactly as described and also questions were responded to quickly!

Had a great stay at Nel's place! The house and surroundings are stunningly beautiful. You can spend every morning with a coffee by the water. 🌻 However, you should expect a lot of insects because of the location. 🕷️ We especially accompanied us on a daily basis. We would always come back 😊

Very good contact with the hosts before our vacation, there were no more questions left for the vacation and the contact during the vacation was not necessary. The house is on the edge of a holiday park. Really very quiet with a view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The rest of the house is also very well equipped and tastefully decorated The pictures and description of the cottage as well as the garden correspond to reality. We only felt the staircase to the upper floor was quite steep. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of red wine for us as a warm welcome. Thank you Ruud and Gea for letting us be your guests.

Amazing Cozy house with beautiful patio and fireplace and equipped kitchen

Last weekend I had an unforgettable stay with friends in a beautiful house surrounded by nature. The house was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our group. The area offered plenty of opportunities for relaxation and adventure, with beautiful walks and a visit to a charming village. It was a perfect weekend to enjoy and recharge together, and we look forward to coming back again.

We enjoyed it very much and also with the bed linen and terry towels it worked out although these are usually not included, but we are already on the road and we did not interpret the information correctly Organized Philip this for a small extra charge for us. Amazing location and lovely accommodation, highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay in a wonderful location. You will sail to the Heegermeer with your own falcon, but at the door it is nice and quiet and you can enjoy the sun in the garden. The house is well taken care of, with BBQ, washing machine and a second refrigerator (very convenient). We had a lovely weekend here!

Jos place was a great spot for exploring Sneek and the towns around Sneek. The bus/train station was close by and there was a bus stop right outside the door. The kitchen was well stocked. The shower was hot. It was a great spot. I highly recommend Jos place.

Beautiful house and incredibly neat and clean. All kitchen appliances were provided and convenient to use. The house is very conveniently furnished if you go with small children, who can sleep quietly downstairs while you sit upstairs.

Perfect vacation with dog. Right by the dyke and you can go for a cozy swim right in the morning after getting up. Everything is at a great walking distance. Have come home completely refreshed.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Great as a starting point for beautiful bike rides. We enjoyed the particularly large green natural garden with a square on the canal and with it the many bird voices we heard. Nearest larger place with all imaginable shopping by bike about 15 minutes away.

Lutsen's place was perfect. We arrived via public transportation, and there's a bus station near Reduzum, which is 5 minutes walk from the house. The house is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped, the private access to the river with Lutsen's SAP is fun convenient, they also kindly allowed us to use their bike, which fit our kids as well. We will happily stay there again when we'll arrive to the area in the future!

The garden was a wonderful, private place surrounded by green. The sneekermeer is at a walking distance, with easy access for those whom are inclined to swim. Lots of room for our 13-months old and us to explore the house & garden.

A great house, very tastefully decorated and well equipped. We had a lovely few days with the family over Christmas. Highly recommended and certainly great even in the summer. North Sea and Ijsselmeer are not far away and are located on the 10 cities round.

We had very nice days at Nick's house. Everything was as described and you will find everything you needed. The house is in a top location, ma has everything nearby. Communication with Nick went very well, he is very friendly and helpful. He always responded directly to questions. We had very nice days with my family and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful week in Friesland. The cottage was fine: enough available for wonderful vacation, wonderful beds and also bedding fine for each other. The outdoor furniture was also in order with the hammock as a topper. It is also nice to be able to play tennis. Our boat was a short distance from the cottage, being able to sail and cycle.
