Holiday rentals with breakfast in Suffolk Coastal

Very comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, warm shower and quiet. We had everything we needed and car is parked next to front door. Perfect.

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

We loved our overnight in this peaceful village before our flight from Stansted home to the US. Verna wisely encouraged us to make reservations at the local pub, Fleur de Lys, for dinner which was the perfect way to end our English holiday with authentic fish and chips and friendly pub atmosphere where everyone seemed to know each other. We would gladly stay again, although it may be another decade before we get another trip without our kiddos! Thanks for having us!

Charming farm estate in English countryside. Rooms were renovated and clean, the breakfast included was amazing therefore the overall stay was perfect. Would love to go back.

We love staying here and this was our third visit. It's perfect for my son and Andrew and Carol are really friendly and don't mind having a mad toddler running about their garden! Excellent breakfast and my son was very happy with his big bowl of fruit salad every morning and enjoyed the toast with apple jam as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

Great host, felt right at home. Extremely helpful and cooperative. Room was immaculately clean and well kept. Check-in was smooth as a breeze. Lovely neighbourhood. Hardly a 10 minutes walk from the train station. Definitely recommended. The free breakfast provided by Jen was the cherry on the top, with lots of food items to offer.

a lovely place to stay,ownwer Alison very helpful and only needed to phone if any issues,very clean ,could put heating on if needed items for breakfast, toilet roll, milk ,tea coffee sugar and bathroom toiletries were provided,as was towels and bedding , so close to town ,shops and restaurants but also close to slot if historical buildings and could have a quite walk down the quayside, a lovely apartment too , highly recommended place to stay ,great value for money too 😁 x

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

Bertie and staff were great. We had a fantastic time and the full breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed a pint in the bar attached to the apartment and the atmosphere was right up our alley. If we're ever back in Southend on Sea we be contacting Bertie first.

Great accommodation that was perfect for what we needed. The beach was a short walk away and the town was only a few minutes drive. Paul and Debs were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive to any questions we had and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do during our stay. The accommodation was clean. The roads outside were quiet at night. The kitchen was as advertised and they included some food and refreshments which was lovely. A brilliant location with friendly hosts made for an excellent weekend.

Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. Spotless and beautifully presented accommodation. Bathroom very clean and a great powerful shower. Breakfast items including milk and butter provided which was a lovely touch. Parking spot right outside the door which made it easy to move in and out.

Exceptional hosts, wonderful, cozy, clean, and peaceful place, great countryside walks on your doorstep and restaurants and shops in walking distance. Accommodation was spacious and we had everything we could think of, even though the shower room is quite small, it serves its purpose well. Elaine couldn’t do more for us and we really enjoyed our stay with her and Teg. The breakfast really is out of this world and the attention to detail in everything Elaine does is something to be experienced. Hopefully will come back! Many thanks for everything Elaine and Teg.

Riona is an amazing host who cannot do enough for you. Lovely to talk to and extremely helpful. The place is immaculate and furnished beautifully. The local village is really pretty and there is lot of other lovely villages within short distance if you wish to explore the area. Riona does a wonderful breakfast and keeps the place absolutely spotless. Higly recommend for a stay in the Norfolk area

The B&B was easy to find and perfectly located. We were met by Yosita upon arrival, despite our delays. Yosita made us feel at home immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were exactly as described and totally met our needs. The breakfast was excellent, no matter what was ordered. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for a short one night stay to visit the Norfolk coast. Jane gave us a warm welcome on arrival and gave some helpful tips and recommendations for the local area. The room was lovely and clean and very cosy! Jane also provided a lovely breakfast for us in in morning!
