Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Suffolk County

we had a lovely night at Craigs place. the apartment was bigger than expected. Craig was very responsive when we had questions.

This is my second time staying here. In the first time, I stayed with my colleague and it was quite nice place and reasonable price. Therefore, I chose this house as my first choice for my wife and my trip to Boston and found it nice at this time as well. What is especially great is its cleanliness and her personality. We find no dust in the room, common space, or bathroom. The room felt like home and we felt very welcomed by her. She was very accommodating and all of our questions were answered in a timely manner before and during our stay.

We had a great stay, it was walkable to a few restaurants. Hearing the waves was peaceful. We would stay again here!!!! Very friendly host!!!

Elisa is a great host and gave us extra stuff when we asked for it and even when we didn’t. The place was cozy and the tv was hooked up to her streaming services that we could use. There was a hot tub we could use but didn’t get a chance to. There was kitchen amenities for us to use and plenty of extra stuff for us to use like rags toilet paper and sugar but we had to use the small bathroom sink to wash things and no sponge to use. Also the cabinets and couch were very dusty when we arrived needed to be wiped down. Some stains on our blanket but other then that everything was great and would stay again if in town!

I had a wonderful time staying here. The hosts are welcoming, the house is beautiful, clean and looks like the pictures. Well deserved 5 stars

Ken was a wonderful host when we stayed in Roslindale Massachusetts. Location was superb to the small village and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying at this location, clean and quiet, extremely welcoming, clean and convenient.

I was in town to run the BAA Half Marathon and this was conveniently located near the start/finish. There was another guest there, but we didn't see them much and it wasn't an issue. The place was clean and we appreciated the amenities. The neighborhood is super walkable with lots to do. Francisco was helpful and communicated well throughout our stay.

Relocating to a town hours away for a summer job made me very nervous - but Laurie’s place felt just like home! She is so nice, the house is clean and cozy, the neighborhood is lovely, and all the other guests are respectful/kind as well. I’m so glad I chose this airbnb to stay in and highly recommend it. No problems at all.

We have stayed at this location on several occasions and will be back. The location is perfect for our needs. We have never had a problem with parking. The room is large, clean and well furnished with access to a big kitchen and bath shared with one other room. Francisco is very responsive if anything needs attention, but we have only had to contact him once or twice for minor issues.

Francisco’s place was perfect - quiet, well located, pristine, and well appointed. It’s perfect for walking into town, convenient to the Whole Foods, and visiting the college. Francisco was a warm, very responsive, and thoughtful host. Thank you, Francisco!

Quite honestly, the photos don't do this house justice. Every bedroom is unique and has its own character. The beds were so cozy it was hard to get out of bed. There are special little touches throughout the house from a welcome bottle of wine to a few candies in our bedroom for that late night sweet tooth. The house is close to the Orange line which will take you into downtown. We wanted to experience Boston in the Fall and we feel that was accomplished as we sat on the patio with a small fire taking in all the beauty. Lastly, Francisco was an amazing host. Very responsive, helpful and kind. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Andrew's place was great. The room and attached balcony are nice and Andrew is very friendly, responsive host. Great location, 20 minute walk to Davis Square and 7 minute walk to Green Line metro station.

Vanna and Jenny went out of there way so I can check in was looking for a place last minute and they helped me big time. They made me feel right at home from the minute I arrived. They would chat with me but also respected me if I wanted alone time. They were amazing host who supplied everything fir me during the visit. Felt like I was at home during my entire stay. They were also very quick to get back if I had any questions or problems. They have a dog who was super friendly and I loved him and playing with him. I would definitely rent from them again if I ever needed too. Thanks again for everything during my stay.
