Villa holiday rentals in Šujica

We were very warmly welcomed by Christina (mom of Tania), instructed and said goodbye again. Tania was always available and Christina was always responsive. The villa corresponds to the description, is cozy and fully equipped and very clean. The water pool is very nice to refresh yourself in between. The garden is beautifully designed and we spent the evenings exclusively on the cozy and covered terrace. There is also an extra small fridge for drinks, which is very convenient. The villa is located in a good neighborhood and is a great starting point for excursions e.g. to the beach, to Trieste or Koper (great medieval town in Slovenia with beach). Many thanks to Tania and Christina, we had a very nice time and felt very welcome in this beautiful villa.

Enej’s place was spacious and quiet, with great views of the Portorož area and all the comforts of home we needed. The house is the last one on a dead-end street so there was no road noise whatsoever. It sits on a decent sized plot of land so the neighbors are not too close. The outdoor deck is vast, though we didn’t make much use of it due to weather. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights we did.

The first thing to say is, the pictures do not do it justice. Arriving at this accommodation will put a great smile on your face. It is beautiful, tastefully decorated and superbly fitted out with everything you could ever need. The host has thought of everything. The perfect place for an Instrian holiday with a group!

Very nice cottage with great facilities. We were in a group of eight people on site and found it to be a very nice stay. The house with its 3 bathrooms, very large living/dining area and the great furnished rooms has exceeded our expectations. The outdoor area with garden, fountain and the great pool is also worth mentioning. Thank you for the lovely stay, we are considering coming to this great place again 🤗

Tina’s house is absolutely lovely in a village a few km from the coast. It looks exactly as it does in the photos. Everything was set up for our arrival, exceptionally clean, and the house has everything you need for a lovely week. Tina is a perfect host. She kindly provided us with local produce to welcome us and some to take home. Some great villages and towns to visit on the coast and a couple of decent restaurants in the village, we particularly recommend Hisa Torkla.

Great place surrounded with beautiful hills. If you are looking for place to get away from people and noisy city this is the place. :)

We had a great time at Villa Savudria Lighthouse. We were able to check in a bit earlier and found the whole house in very clean condition and lovingly furnished. The contact was already very good in advance and all questions were answered within a few minutes. In the area there are some good restaurants within walking distance. All in all we had a great time and everything went smoothly.

Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

More paper goods, garbage bags in the kitchen, toaster. Places in bedrooms to unpack clothes - dresser/armoire. Wash cloths in bathrooms.

Beautiful holiday week in quiet surroundings. There was nothing missing.

What’s not to like about our stay at the Villa Laura! It accommodated our family of 9 perfectly, is well equipped with everything you need, and strategically located close to town. The host, Ziga, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A couple of tips. There is a great restaurant called Fine Food Berc within a 5 minute walk from the Villa Laura. For those more active folks jogging around the lake is a great way to start the day and only 4.5 miles or take a hike up the small ski hill near Ziga’s place to capture some beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The place is amazing and you can enjoy a beautiful view. The host is so friendly and has fulfilled all our requests. I recommended it!

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

We stayed for a week with our family at Nina’s beautiful villa. The place is quiet, well decorated with a private pool. We used it for our trips to Slovenia, Croatia and Italia. Nina was friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here!

The place was perfect for our group and very clean. The reception of Annette and Piotr was very warm and the communication uncomplicated. After consultation, we were already able to enter the accommodation at 11am, which was convenient for us. The villa was just as we imagined it. Some small things were no longer quite in tack, but they were taken care of immediately when we noticed. All in all, we were very happy and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

House, pool, garden are sparkling clean and well maintained, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Its hosts are friendly, always available and very helpful. Communication is easy, possible in German and English. We arrived with 3 dogs, which was no problem at all. The garden is completely enclosed and there are several laps through the Croatian countryside to walk to the walk. From the terrace you can even see the sea. We will miss the song of the birds, especially the nightingale, which trumped their song very close and punctually every night. We enjoyed it very much here, so good that we want to come back.

A hostess with a warm heart. The destination was a paradise in the middle of nature but with every comfort. Beautiful views from the various balconies. Located along a wonderful river. Nice walks. Top pool to refresh. What a luxury in the beautiful Slovenian nature.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The accommodation was very clean, spacious, well air-conditioned and authentically furnished and Goran is always available. The entire outdoor area with a pool and barbecue area as well as the private location were perfect for a relaxing break. Will come again any time! :)

The place is very clean and ideal for a stay with 4 people. The pool was the highlight. The surroundings are very pleasant and there is plenty to discover. We were lucky enough to be the only guests in the first week and thus had the pool and property just to ourselves. After that, there were additional guests. Since these were very quiet, it was also not disturbing. The apartment is well equipped with a very nice terrace. It also has air conditioning (but only in the hallway, so you have to keep the bedroom doors open for it to cool down well). Barbka is very friendly and the communication with here worked out great. She also brought us fresh vegetables from her garden twice.
