Although our stay was short, Kathy’s place was perfect for us. There were plenty of snacks & drinks. I loved that the area was quiet & not too far from stores. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

This was my first time staying at this location and my third time staying at one of the host's properties. I chose this location after noticing David & Crystal were the hosts. From the time I booked, there was clear communication. I had a question, and they responded within minutes. Truly appreciate that! The location was easy to find and exactly as described. Close to highway but no noise. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions and easy keypad entry. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. Plus, the place was spotless. Very quiet. Fast Wi-Fi for my three devices. The desk easily accommodate my laptop, two large monitors, keyboard, and mouse. Private carport was nice. Comfy bed. Cold A/C & hot water with good pressure (important to me). Can't recommend this place enough, especially for remote workers like me. Book it!

We loved our stay! Place was adorable, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Even better than we hoped for! And great price! Host was awesome, very helpful w local recommendations, flexible to accommodate for my flight. Studio was not small! Comfy couch, large flat screen, kitchenette, beautiful bathroom, washer & dryer, very comfortable bed w clean sheets, cold a/c and warm heater. Note: bathroom has a cool barn door that slides (doesn’t completely close or lock). Nearby restaurants were great, town is quaint & peaceful. Felt safe & relaxed. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb and host to others. Would love to visit again.

I needed a quiet, private place to stay for a few weeks for work. Tony's apartment was perfect and a unique historic stay. Everything was very clean and cozy. Location is quiet but close to intresting parts of town. The property is beautifully landscaped and peaceful. Tony is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful.

We were in town for a wedding and chose Liz’s place as it was near the venue. It was the wonderful! The apartment was just as described, very clean, stocked with necessities, and was easily accessible. The furnishings were comfortable and there were even board games available to play. It is the perfect downtown spot to walk to restaurants, shopping, and local sights. We were even able to visit the farmer’s market across the street on Saturday morning. Liz was a helpful host - very responsive and friendly. If ever in Lake Charles again, we will certainly book this apartment! Thanks, Liz, for a great stay!

When I got there the house wasn’t clean. I let Josh know and it was immediately addressed. I didn’t have the time to allow for the cleaning so I had to leave but Josh refunded me immediately. I can guarantee that this issue will be addressed and will not be a problem in the future. I would definitely recommend this place it was very nice. Unfortunately I had issues but I would book with him again.

Phil and his wife are amazing hosts. The place is very clean and equipped with everything you need. If you need anything they are always great at helping you out. 10 out of 10 will be staying here again if I am ever in Lake Charles.
