Excellent location in Split - close to everything, still in a quiet area. Detached small house in a residential neighborhood on slopes of hill Marjan, just below city's best viewpoint, off main streets but easily accessible by car as well. It's only 7 min walk through picturesque Varos to the old town & Diocletian place; 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the big hill park Marjan nature trails. The house features two independent units (a studio and a one-bedroom apartment) and a patio.

The house is located on a large estate surrounded with olive trees. Far enough away from the neighbors it provides peace and quiet,about 70m away from the own beach and has spectacular seaview all day long.It is 1.5km away from Milna and the road is part tarmac part gravel road. The house have plenty of room,equipt with evrything you need (modern kitchen,new toilets,full size beds,air condition,bbq),clean and nice.The hot tub(yacuzi) placed next to the house brings you pleasure and relaxing.
