Holiday rentals with beach access in Summit County

Brad’s place was clean and comfortable. The heat took a while to get up to a comfortable temp, but once it did, it was fine. We also stayed during a winter storm, so there’s that to consider also. Super convenient location and fast confirmation of booking when we were stranded in Silverthorne after I70 east was closed. The place was well furnished and very clean. The full kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Very smooth and uneventful stay. Would stay again!

Great unit for our family getaway. Can’t beat the location if you’re skiing, so close to the chair lift! Lisa provided detailed instructions to make the sometimes-awkward ski lodge check-in process a breeze! Wonderful host!

Ski in, ski out is so convenient at this play. You could not get closer to the lifts. Mary was super responsive and helped me when I left my coat at checkout.

Stayed for one night for a quick weekend trip with my fiance and a friend who was visiting. Great location, convenient access to plenty of mountains. Communication was very proactive and it was super easy to check in and access the condo. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was very clean. Would stay again. Thanks, Larry!

Our stay in Dillon, CO, at Rae’s condo was everything we expected. The view of Lake Dillon was spectacular even in the winter. I would like to return in the summer so I could sit outside on the deck and soak in the view to my heart’s content! The condo was spotlessly clean and welcoming. We have rented AirBnB properties all over the US and Europe, but I have never been in one that was so well stocked with dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. If anyone is interested in spending time in mountains, Rae’s condo is the perfect location.

Convenient location and felt like home. The bed was a little firm (but that was just my preference). Shower was amazing! Had everything that our family needed for our stay was warm, clean and well laid out. The fireplace was wonderful. The neighbors were all SO nice! Upon arrival and throughout our stay we did not have hot water in the kitchen (and therefore the dishwasher didn't work), but Jimmy was very responsive and I appreciated his willingness to try to accommodate this malfunctioning amenity.

House was fantastic! The fireplace was nice to have & easy to turn on & off - plenty of toiletries offered throughout the house that helped with a cold climate (lotion for dry skin, good soap etc.) View was amazing, hot tub worked great along with the outdoor fireplace. AC/heater worked great along with great water temperature/pressure for showers Town was fantastic & everything was within walking distance - it was the perfect little quiet town within minute to downtown vail! Great host, communication & helpful! Will re-book again, maybe summer!

Amanda and her team were pleasant to work with and very responsive. The property was an excellent condition and had more amenities than I’ve ever seen at any other Airbnb. I will definitely return to Amanda‘s place in Frisco.

Our family stay at Bright and Beautiful Mountain Retreat was great! Our family of eight found the home to be clean, well stocked and spacious. It was nice to spend time in front of the fire while appreciating the views from the open living space. There is plenty of room for the family to gather and share a nice meal. The ski slopes are within 30 minutes and there are a number of restaurants and shops within 10-15 minutes from the home. For a fee you can access the community center which has a great pool and 2 jacuzzis among other amenities. The only drawback was the limited hours of use for renters. As for our host Jane and the other co-hosts, they were very responsive to our inquiries and helpful with our requests. I would highly recommend this home!

The place was great. Felt like you were way out in the wilderness but just a couple minutes from grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

We had a lovely family vacation at Sharon’s place. It’s just as pictured - a very comfortable home, in a quiet neighborhood. It was in a great location with proximity to Main Street and easy access to trails. We had everything we needed, felt peaceful and at home. Great access to multiple ski areas as well.

The “mountain house” was perfect for the pre-Christmas family weekend with our daughters’ families and 3 grandsons. This home is one of the nicest and most accurately described AirBnB rentals we’ve ever experienced.

This cabin was perfect for 2 young families to stay for a winter ski trip vacation. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and a big place to move around and enjoy. One of the nicest AirBnB's we have stayed at. We were able to have family meals, go sledding and build snowmen all in the backyard. It was not too far from Loveland Ski Area, although when it snows heavily the traffic can get pretty bad. Highly recommend this place, and would stay again.

We had a wonderful white Christmas at Karen's Place! The house is beautiful- tastefully decorated and every window seemed to have an amazing view. The owners were very responsive when I would reach out for one reason or another, and check in and out was easy. The subdivision is lovely and there is so much to do in the area. We want to come back in the Summer or Fall!

We just enjoyed a wonderful, smooth, three-day weekend at Rachel's condo. She was kind and communicative, the location was in close proximity to Winter Park Village, which was our goal, and the place itself was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after long ski days. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great stay here! Plenty of space and beautiful views!! Note that there are a lot of stairs as the kitchen, bedrooms and living room are all on different floors but it worked well for us.

We stayed here for the holiday weekend in February to ski at A Basin just down the road. Overall it was a great weekend! Rose was very responsive and helpful when planning logistics and coordinating parking. Ski trips in Airbnb’s usually involve more cooking than eating out so a well stocked kitchen was great to have. The place had plenty of utensils, pots & pans, dishes, and even an airfryer. There was too much weather to see the views of Dillon reservoir but when we could see across the reservoir, the view was beautiful. But we were there to ski so the clouds and snow was very welcome. All in all, I’d definitely stay here again! Dillon is close to many ski areas and in the summer there are plenty of hikes and mountain experiences nearby!

When we arrived at the location I could not get the instructions to load on my phone which is a reflection of my cell service. I called Jereme and he was quick to answer and extremely helpful. Once we had the instructions we were able to easily access the garage and condo. Jereme even checked back with me to make sure everything was satisfactory and offered assistance if needed. SUPER HOST! The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was an easy walk to the chairlifts, shuttle stop, and to all the activities the village had to offer. The pullout sofa was by far the most comfortable I have ever slept on and it was easy to keep things organized throughout our stay. After a full day of skiing my family truly appreciated the showerhead and water pressure...FABULOUS! I would highly recommend Jereme and this location to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Last minute ski trip and we were so fortunate to find Dylan's place. We traveled with two teens and could not have been in a better location to resorts and the local restaurants, shopping, highway access etc. Dylan was very welcoming and super responsive. The view is amazing, the beds are super comfy and the layout is perfect for families or even couples. When we go back to this area we will definitely book this property again. Truly a great experience. Also loved the host recommendations! We went to a few of the places and they did not disappoint!

Terrific condo that checks all the boxes for a wonderful holiday. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious modern decor. Convenient location. One of the finest rentals we’ve had. If you’re looking for a condo in the Frisco area, look no further.
