Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Summit County

We stayed at this property for just over 3 months while I was working at Cleveland Clinic Main hospital. The location was an easy 15 minute drive roughly to the hospital. We were also within walking distance to Edgewater park as well as many nice restaurants. The movie theatre was just a few steps from our front door for a rainy day. Planet fitness was close by also. All the neighbors were very friendly and looked out for us. Our puppy was even able to make some new puppy friends on the block. Murat was easy to get ahold of if needed and was very kind. He even checked on us during a power outage from a storm and offered to move our food if the power didn’t come back in a reasonable time so that our food didn’t spoil. The place had all amenities that we needed during our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant visit.

The upstairs apartment was very beautiful, well stocked and very clean. I love midcentury modern furnishings and took this into consideration when booking after viewing the pictures of the apartment. We arrived in Parma when the snow started falling and was happy I booked a very comfortable place. Sarah checked on us a couple of times and was very cordial. We will definitely book this apartment again when visiting our grandson in Parma.

This place was great for me and my girlfriend. We had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend this place for any and everyone!

Very cool place right in the heart of the Flats, so lots of nightlife especially for the 20 something crowd. the expectations of the guest at checkout we're very reasonable, not one of those places that charges you hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees and expects you to do half of the cleaning. All of their instructions were very clear and easy to follow regarding access.

We had an excellent stay at Laurie’s place. It was pristine, spacious, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and the grocery store without any issues. Laurie was very attentive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful cozy apartment attached to the house. Tom and Julia were absolutely awesome very friendly and flexible. My flight landed earlier then check in times and they worked with me. Place was spotless, they left snacks, recommended restaurants and activities on the fridge. Everything we needed was easily accessible. For our first time renting a airbnb attached to a house we were a little on edge due to privacy but after the first night all of that went away we felt right at home no issues at all. I would 1000% go back! Thank you so much Tom and Julia for letting us stay at your cozy home!

Jeff’s place was great. Lots of space and plenty of bedrooms for me and my work mates. We especially loved the game room downstairs and hot tub outside. Absolutely would recommend.

Absolutely amazing. I stayed here for about a month and it felt like a second home! The place had all of the amenities I needed and Tyler was an incredible host. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

This was our second stay for Thanksgiving for our extended family . Outstanding amenities and the kitchen is very well supplied. Suggest future guests check in before going grocery shopping.There is a large supply of seasonings and spices, coffee, aluminum foil, parchment, and plastic wrap.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed with Diane. The location is perfect for getting downtown or to University Circle. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and great to walk around. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need. The downstairs is large and comfortable. The bedrooms are well furnished with reading lights and comfy mattresses. We’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnbs both in the States and Europe. This is by far the best. Diane is a fabulous and responsive host. Definitely will return.

The whole gang enjoyed staying at the house. Conveniently located to everything. Clean sheets and plentiful towels! Kitchen well supplied. Beautiful set up for everyone to comfortably gather.

Brandon's AirBnB was perfect for our a 3-day partners' retreat. The four of us were all happy with the bedrooms we chose. We worked all day at the dining room table. In the evening, we decompressed in in the living room and watched movies and played scrabble. This time, instead of walking to any number for great restaurants, we had take-out instead because it was raining and cold out, and the house was cozy. Brandon's place intends to be a place you keep going back to. We look forward to staying there again.

We’ve stayed here several times while visiting Case Western Reserve University, which is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. The unit is spacious - a two-story duplex - and comfortable, although the furnishings are a bit bare-bones. The EV charger is a crucial and much-appreciated amenity, and we have come to love the businesses that are within 10 minutes’ walk, such as Phoenix Coffee, Inn on Coventry, and Tommy’s Restaurant. We have also explored farther afield, such as the Ohio City neighborhood, which is about 20 minutes’ drive.
