House holiday rentals in Summit

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Jeamcarlos was very helpful, the listing place is beautiful , my friends and I had such a relaxing time before my actual birthday. I would definitely book again I loved this place, I loved how big and spacious it was, the kitchen was beautiful. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long drive , it was definitely just what we needed, quiet neighborhood also, which was Great! And Jeamcarlos was always one text away to help us with anything we might have needed :)

We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

Jake’s place is so comfortable and charming. Absolutely loved making this our home away from home for a few weeks. The property is stunning and so peaceful. The house had everything we could need!

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

Fatima was a great and responsive host. The property was perfect for fun nights at the pool and the location itself made it easy to get to Belmar and Asbury Park.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

As a group of professionals, we enjoyed this house. If you like to cook this is the house you want to be in. This house has so much charm. The host were very friendly and checked in while we were there. We can't wait to come back to the area.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Beautiful home, amply equipped. Lovely, large back yard perfect for outdoor together time in warmer weather. This was the perfect home base for our family & only a 2 minute drive from my son's place! Spacious & cozily comfortable at the same time. We had no water for about a day, but that was the whole block. Nothing anyone could do about that, except for the city, who worked to get that service restored. So fun to see the host's own original artwork decorating walls here & there!

Great space. Wonderful communication with host regarding any questions we had. Host was quick to respond. Very happy with the stay, would rent again.

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

this is the 2nd time I've stayed here both times I've enjoyed my stays and how friendly Geet is me and my friends love with spot and will continue to stay here 😂

this is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard the indoor authentic fireplace had so much charm Alex is a great communicator and host I looking forward to coming back to Princeton to stay by Alex everything in the house is perfect and feels Just Like Home I absolutely recommend it

Perri was a very responsive and accommodating host. The check in process was easy and flexible. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the subway.

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. Rico’s place is a great find. So close to the beach and many attractions. Everything in the house was in excellent condition. The space was great. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so soft!

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.
