A charming 3 bedroom home with two and half bathrooms Almost all amenities one can think of is inc: game room with pool table, dart etc, hot tub, playground for kids with swing set. Completely fenced yard with picnic table grill and fire pit. On the inside, in addition to basics, with full functional kitchen and living room, the house has water treatment system which provides soft and filtered water. We are happy to provide it FREE charge. Don't border to buy your own bottled water!

Located at the base of the iconic Cottonwood Canyons, Snowbird, Solitude, Alta and Brighton are 20-25 minutes away, with a ski bus stop minutes away and the airport only 20 mins. Downtown and Park City are about 25+ mins. Ample parking (2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway) and breathtaking deck views ensure a memorable stay.
