Apartment holiday rentals in Sun Valley

The location is great. Although there was a shuttle close to the ski resort, we drove, and it took minutes. We liked walking around and visiting restaurants on the main street. The place is stocked with essentials. We would stay there here again!

Curtis and Megan’s Warm Springs ski condo is really nice, it was perfect for the two of us for our 3 nights in Sun Valley: neat, sparkly clean, well laid out – and remarkably cute too! Plenty of dry parking in the garage underneath which also had a coin-laundry and a place to safely wax our gear. The inside stairs up to the main floor unit were appreciated for loading in and out. The unit is small but efficient, we were able to distribute a car full of gear effectively. The kitchen was fully equipped and the full height fridge with freezer was quite appreciated as we are on the road for 2 weeks. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable with quality linens. And of course, being directly across the street from the Warm Springs base lodge for skiing was wonderfully convenient. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your ski condo!

The unit was perfect. Great location, clean, well stocked, comfortable. The instructions were clear and succinct. Great recommendations for dining, and for skiing. So close to the resort. Anne is very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great condo for our family of 4 with quick easy access to Bald Mountain for skiing. Had everything we needed and was well designed and furnished. We felt right at home!! Easy walk to town for shopping and restaurants and loved the free bus system during the day. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family ski trip! Bri was always prompt in communication, which helped us get settled.

While reading reviews prior to booking the common theme was how responsive & friendly Michael the host was. During our visit he was all of that and more. We brought our toddler and not only did Michael recommend a babysitting service to use while the adults skied, but he also provided a pack&play, high chair & kid friendly dishes/cutlery. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had shampoo/body-wash/conditioner & there were cozy blankets in the hallway closet. We will absolutely be booking this place again the next time we are in town.

Great location in Sun Valley! Just a few steps to the bus stop and an easy walk to the community hotel tub. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing after a day of skiing!

Great location. walkable to hikes, restaurants and other downtown activities. Hard to find the correct building and know where to park without first going inside to look at the condo numbers. Walls are thin but the building as a whole has very quiet people.

This is a great place for a ski or active vacation. It’s not a ‘hang out at home and look at the views’ kind of place. It’s an older ski condo with all the stuff you need to cook, a nice common space, access to a spacious sauna and a hot tub, and a convenient location to the bus line. It’s not fancy. But it is perfectly suitable and would work well for 3 friends or a family.

This place was perfect for our family plus older grandparents (only a few steps up from parking lot). It was cute and well decorated, and almost every amenity you could think of was provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, spices and other needs. In condo laundry was a wonderful addition. The condo clubhouse is right across the street with a nice pool and spa, pool table, workout room, shuffleboard, tennis courts and more! It wasn't crowded either. We had dogs and it was easy to walk them nearby, town is about 10 minutes away by car. We rented and had e-bikes delivered so were able to ride all around. Bonus was small creek running behind the patio!. Meghan responded almost immediately to our question. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Tim and Heather for allowing our group to stay at their home in Ketchum. We had a fantastic time and were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen of the Airbnb was. For future guests, it’s worth knowing they have everything you may need for a fun ski weekend including a crockpot, a fondue pot, towels for the hot tub, plenty of linens and lots of games and movies. Every question we had was answered immediately and Tim and Heather were incredible at meeting our needs. Thank you again for a weekend full of memories, we hope to come back some day.

Kent's place exceeded my expectations as far as space. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a guarranteed parking space. The washer, dryer, & dishwasher was great to have available. The bed was comfortable. Neighbors were friendly. Kent was responsive and flexible. I had some trouble with the tv and just kind of gave up on it (I didn't ask Kent for help with it). The price was a good value for this place.

This condo was on the lower end of the price range for SV. We had a great stay and felt the value was high. Ample space, good natural light, responsive host, were among the highlights. The furnishings and decor are practical. Access to the Elkhorn hot tub was a huge plus, but you may want to request passes from Jason in advance, since the facility doesn’t like to process requests on the weekends. All of Jason’s policies are accommodating (check in/out, refund, etc). We would definitely visit again!

We headed to Sun Valley on a spontaneous ski trip to chase the powder and this rental was perfection. There were 4 of us and we enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and loved the dry sauna and hot tub (which are right next to the unit). The space was spotless and was tastefully decorated for a vacation home. Vacasa was always responsive and we were happy that we could extend our rental another night. Great value and close to ski resort and downtown Ketchum. Also loved the views off the patio (can see dollar mountain from the backyard)

Best appointed place I have rented...felt right at home with all the comforts of home...from spices to laundry detergent/fabric softener to hot cocoa to tupperware to plenty of toilet paper to proper sponges to HDMI cable for the tv to shampoo and conditioner! And more.

Kyle’s place is great! He is very communicative and replies quickly to any questions. We were welcomed with a few nice treats. The condo looks newly remodeled and is super clean. The kitchen has a few spices and even coffee which is an added bonus. The beds and pillows are comfy and parking is close to the unit. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Challenger lift. He is a kind and gracious host and I highly recommend his place.

This was our second stay at Beth’s, and we loved it! She is an incredible host and the place is wonderful. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The fitness center was fantastic, with a hot tub and sauna that were perfect for relaxing. The renovation is simple and nice, giving the space a cozy feel. On the downside, the bed was quite soft for our liking, and the washer and dryer were a bit old-school and noisy. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

The late check in process was really smooth, and the condo was clean and well-kept. It was a bit pricey, but to be in walking distance of the Sun Valley lodge and have use of the pools was amazing. There was plenty of space for my family of 6, and we all had a great time!

This Airbnb was much better than anticipated and was perfect for three couples. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and provided comfort and privacy. The living space was a great place to relax together and was well equipped. Lisa was beyond willing to go the extra mile to help us have an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect. Highly recommend this place for a true Sun Valley experience.
