Holiday rentals with a pool in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

My husband and I decided this year that in place of gifts for our children that our gift was going to start being an experience rather than a tangible item. We chose this house for a family vacation. Our children that attended are 21, 13, 11, 10, and 8, all boys. The look on their faces when they went running inside to discover their bedrooms was the best gift my husband and I received for Christmas, they were beyond excited and didn't even notice the pool and hottub until we pointed it out. There was ample space for us all to spread out but also to be able to congregate as a family to watch movies, play games, and most importantly have our meals together. This house was our home for the entirety of our stay and if you were an outsider looking in you wouldn't have known any differently. We all had a great time and plan to continue this tradition with our kids. I am so glad that this was our selection, although I'm not sure how we will compare next year because this one was so wonderful

We absolutely loved this home! It was 15 mins away from Beach access which was absolutely perfect. It came with all the necessary accommodations. Would absolutely stay there again!!!

We are very happy with our stay and with our host Kelley. The house is absolutely beautiful. Our party included 10 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant and very comfortably was accommodating to all our needs. We highly recommend this place for all families or groups interested in getting away to a beautiful and relaxing vacation spot.

It was a very nice place. Had plenty of room for our party of 8. We did not get to use the pool due to very cold weather, but would rent again.

Nice and clean property! We really enjoyed walking to the private beach and swimming pool. Enough bedrooms for our family member of 10 ppl (kids loved the bunk beds). Thank you so much:)

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

Esther was a great host! We had 15 people who stayed in her place and we had plenty of room! We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms the day we arrived and she had someone there to fix it right away! She was very helpful with my questions and I appreciated her reaching out after the first night to ensure our stay was going exactly how we expected! I’d recommend anyone to stay here!

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Very clean and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was easy to find, easy to get into upon check-in and in a super convenient location. The hotel itself was well kept. We were even able to checkin early which was so great! Would definitely stay again!

This place is so nice and the view is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. If you’re debating on booking this place, just do it. You won’t regret it! It’s also the perfect layout if you have a baby or toddler who takes naps (the second bedroom is away from the living area and master bedroom). We will definitely be back!

We came down for our family vacation, it was everything we needed. When we arrived a few light bulbs were out and I mentioned it to her , she had someone out to replace them within an hour. Very impressed with her communication with us. Condo was perfect and clean and right on the beach. We will definitely stay again if we come back to PCB!! Woo-pig-sooiieee

We needed to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and found the unit on Airbnb. The host was understanding, accommodating, and responded very quickly. The unit was bigger than we expected! Great views and very clean. The building is also located just across the road from the very popular Sharky's restaurant, as well as just down the street from the Pier. We enjoyed our stay and were thankful for such a wonderful spot to relax for a few days.

Cady was very helpful and responsive on our last minute getaway! We loved the cleanliness and convenience of the condo! Very easy walk to the beach! Long time Horizon South renters and this was one of the best!

This place was just as the pictures described! Super peaceful but right near everything you want to do!!! This place was so clean and I loved that it smelt fresh!!! I would bring extra blankets if you prefer thick covers because the ones provided were more what I would use in the summer, but they were super clean and comfortable! The beds were nice and they even supplied shampoo and conditioner!!!! Would absolutely stay at this place again ❤️

This was a very easy and stress free booking process that was more than enjoyable for my group of 15.
