Super quiet neighborhood and unit, peekaboo views of the river, pleasant walk to Box Factory, Old Mill and downtown.

Cecilia's place was well appointed with many creature comforts and thoughtful touches. We felt right at home and appreciated how tidy you neat everything was. Cecilia's communication was responsive and friendly and there were many helpful tips for the apartment as well as the Sun River greater area. We could not be more relaxed after our long days out coming back to such a sweet place! Don't hesitate to book this location - it is wonderful!

My partner and I stayed at this Airbnb with our two pups for 5 weeks. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking and baking. The hosts also left us a handful of treats and groceries for our arrival! We worked remotely the whole time and had zero issues with the wifi. While the airbnb is small in square footage, you don't really notice it because of the layout and all the sunlight. It's located on a street with a decent number of restaurants/breweries/cafes. It's also walking distance to the old mill district and down town. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. The hosts are very thoughtful and helpful!

Amazing stay in bend! Very quiet neighborhood but an easy walk or bike to downtown and very close to the river! Natasha was a fantastic host and communicated very well the entire stay. We did a private, whole unit but you still share the entire compound with other residents. They were so friendly and have very cute dogs as well :) This is a bend home true and through. Would 100% come back!

This was our first visit to Bend, and my husband's 38th state marathon, and the Garden Apartment was a wonderful place to stay! We loved the quirky features and the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend the apartment - especially if you're looking forward to a place to unwind after a busy day exploring the area.

Ladies weekend getaway and birthday celebration. it was perfect for what we wanted! The house was extremely clean with no odor and very comfortable. The propane fire pit in the back worked beautifully. Dean was responsive and proactive with communication and I would love to stay at this home again next time we visit Bend if it's available.

This is one of those places you feel immediately at home in. It looks exactly like its photos. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub for cold evenings. DOG FRIENDLY! Responsive host! Would definitely stay here again when I'm in Bend!

This Airbnb was a great fit for five days of family fun over spring break. It was close to shopping, restaurants, parks. We loved the fireplace option and the fenced yard for pets is great. If traveling with people who have difficulty with stairs, recommend the front entrance and main floor bedroom.

Carrie was super responsive to our questions/needs! The house was amazing, and in such a good part of town! Highly recommend, and would love to come back!

The home is located in the perfect area for all that Bend has to offer with easy access to the local scene, hiking and biking trails. The home is well equipped for all of your needs along with items you may have forgotten. All of the little touches of comfort make you feel right at home. We stayed at this adorable modern Airbnb for our honeymoon, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The space is stylish, cozy, and incredibly private — exactly what we were hoping for. The updated kitchen had everything we needed, and the spacious hot tub was the ultimate spot to unwind after exploring the city. The location is super convenient, just a short drive (or walk) from downtown, but still tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Leah was an amazing host — responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel so welcome. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway!

This place drops you right in the middle of Bend! You get a river trail leading you to the most iconic park in town with restaurants, pubs, shopping all nearby. You don’t need to look anymore. You found “the place!”

Great base for a ski/board trip to Mt Bachelor. Check in was easy through reception. Condo is simple well organized and comfy. Large comfy king bed in bedroom and a murphy bed in living room. Nice fireplace, no regular range but the microwave is convection combo and there is an air fryer so cooking was straightforward. Nice deck with view out to trees and lawn.

Was a great experience. Had many amenities and was right down the street from Mount bachelor. Would definitely recommend and will come back during the summer time.

great place to stay for a 3 day ski weekend. The place was clean & spacious. The kitchen was great for cooking and the location was perfect for us heading to mt bachelor every day vs if we stayed in bend we would have had a further drive to ski. Anne was great on communication and we had a lovely stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect! So convenient to walk to dinner, store, and shops! Easy bike path access, close to SHARC, parking is easy and lots of spaces! We have stayed in these condos before many times, and Lyle’s was the best of them all! There were so many supplied amenities and Lyle was always helpful! We will definitely stay again!

Lauren's place is beautifully situated overlooking the river in Bend. Seeing it and hearing it from the balcony was golden. The apartment was simply and tastefully done. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable we felt well rested. Finally, the stroll into town by the river was an easy 10-15 minutes. So convenient. Highly recommended.

This condo was so comfortable and felt like home. Has all the modern comforts, large tv, great vibes, comfortable beds and I appreciated all the modern kitchen appliances. I will definitely be coming back again!

Loved this place! Quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The hosts were awesome and let me check in early and I didn’t have to clean up at all unlike post airbnbs. Highly recommend this place!
