Villa holiday rentals in Surf City

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Casita! With 3 floors we had plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, yet the main living area also has plenty of space for everyone to gather with a large comfy sectional and dining table for 6. The space is beautiful, well appointed and was sparkling clean. The house is only a few blocks to the beach, a less than 5 minute walk, and close enough to restaurants and shopping yet in a quieter area. It was very convenient to have access to the garage to store our beach gear and bikes. We also enjoyed the ping pong table. The only down side is that you have to bring all your own beach gear and towels, none are provided. And also there are a lot of stairs, we did use the elevator for groceries etc. The check in was easy and communication with the rental service was prompt and friendly. They also offered early/late check in at an extra charge that came in handy. We highly recommend this rental and would love to come back next year!

Great location with 5 bedrooms but if you have an air mattress the office can easily be a 6th with the bonus room serving as a 7th! Host was extremely responsive and easy to work with! The front door took some getting use to with the lock and code. The beach is less than a two minute walk with every room having access to a balcony to see the beach or the intercoastal. Would absolutely stay again!

This was an excellent place for my family of 5 adults and 4 children. It actually looked better than the pictures. It was spacious, modern and clean. Master Bedroom has a large balcony on the 3rd floor with a nice view. They also have nice stationary chargers for Iphones and Apple watches. They had dimming lights throughout the house. I will be doing some upgrades to my house because of my stay here. Highly recommended.

This is my first Airbnb. If we return to Carolina Beach, we plan to Airbnb this place again.

Our stay in Topsail was amazing. Donna is an amazing host. The location of her house is incredibly convenient and use of the golf cart made getting around town fun. We’ll miss her dog Dilly. I would recommend this place for anyone, especially families!

Words can’t express how much I enjoyed staying at John’s place. It was an amazing experience we will NEVER forget. It was by far my favorite bnb and I’ve stayed at a couple of Airbnbs. It’s close to the beach but it didn’t really matter because we wanted to spend all our time on his property. It was clean and there’s a ton of rooms in the villa! It is decorated so nice and the exotic animal farm he has is amazing! We stayed during the 4th of July and he had food waiting for us in their beautiful outside kitchen when we got back! You won’t want to leave the property. The pool was great and the rooms and bathrooms are so clean! I can’t wait to stay at their place again! I loved every second and they were all extremely responsive. They had fresh eggs and tomatoes that I brought home. Book your stay! You won’t regret it.

My husband and I took a weekend getaway to this house and had an amazing time. The host made the trip even better with how responsive they were and very helpful and kind to us. The views were breaktaking and the house is perfectly located in between Carolina and Kure Beach so going to various places was an ease. We will recommend this home to many friends. John and his co-hosts were amazing! Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed as family. They really went above and beyond in every aspect. The place was cleaned to perfection and there was so much to do! We were able to schedule an animal tour the same day, grill outside using their supplies and really relax as much as possible. Our room featured a private balcony and bathroom, but really the entire property should be highlighted. The hosts recommended beaches and restaurants for us to enjoy, and as we were checking out, John let us know that he was preparing breakfast for us as well! We were able to leave this amazing place with a full belly, homegrown fruits and veggies, eggs, and great memories. We will be back to visit for sure. Thanks again John B., John M, and Diana.
