My wife and her friends found the place very impressive as it was clean, well-maintained, and definitely worth the price. The main bed was extremely comfortable with spotless linen, and the kitchen came equipped with all the essentials. The washroom was also immaculate. Gary, the host, gave clear instructions for check-in and was communicative and helpful throughout. Overall, a highly recommended spot for short stays.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is actually bigger than the photos. The location is great with nice restaurants and shops nearby and a great connection to London Gatwick and the central London locations

Great flat, very clean and well set up with everything you could need in an accomodation. Rhianna was very helpful with great communication.

Always a lovely place to stay in a beautiful home in a lovely garden leading down to the river. A great place to stay if you like walking as the countryside is very accessible, but also in easy reach of London.

Tracy was an excellent host who was quick to respond, friendly and approachable, offering local recommendations. She was very accommodating and her space was cozy and well located.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lawrence and Comfort's place. They were the perfect hosts, very friendly and quick to respond back to any concern we had. We found the flat a little cool, so Lawrence brought down a heater and thermometer which was much appreciated. They were unobtrusive hosts but naturally caring at the same time. The location was wonderful for us as it took little time to reach Central London by train from Bromley South station. Thanks Lawrence and Comfort for making our trip to London a very memorable one!

The property is absolutely beautiful as described, very clean, cosy and relaxing and peaceful and everything you need for a great stay is provided together with secure parking space provided and good transport links close by. Lovely flat on a quiet road just round the corner from town centre.

I want to highly recommend Olivias Air bnb. We used it as a stop before our rental house was given to us. We stayed for 7 days with both our teenage kids and our small dog and a lot of luggage. The flat is in impecable state, it is clean and has absolutely everything you might need, from a hair drier to an air fryer. The spaces are perfectly designed so that you are comfortable. My kids loved the comfy sofa and huge flat screen TV, specially on very very cold days where we came back early. Transport is easy, the train takes you straight into central London from st.Margarets and Richmond is just a few minutes away. She answers very kindly to every message you send and has an answer for everything as well. I would love to have her as my landlady.

We had a brief, but lovely stay at Nicola's place. The space was spotlessly clean and well kitted out with snacks, kitchen amenities and everything else we needed. Nicola sent us a helpful video before we arrived of how to check in but wa son hand throughout the stay.

Really enjoyed staying at Luca's place. It was quiet, extremely clean and well prepared. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean throughout. The neighbourhood is lively with lots of restaurants , a Tesco and a couple of Sainsbury's and easy access to shops , restaurants and tube and buses. Close to the Clapham Common and easy to get to central London. I highly recommend Luca's place for all these reasons.

My in laws stayed for about a week and visited them a few times for the duration. Lovely place, spacious and even though lower ground a great amount of light coming through. Very clean place and bathroom and kitchen were perfect. Patio outside was big, shame it was cold for the stay! Eoghan was very freindly, responsive about the check in and anything when needed. I live in Balham so the area they were staying in was very quiet, great position to the main parts of Balham and walking distance to tubes and mainline rail station. Fantastic place to stay and very comfortable.

A lovely place in a great location. Clean, cosy, and well equipped. Parking was a breeze, and the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Bus stops are right out front, and the Underground station is a short hop away. Zayd (and the other hosts) were very friendly, and quick to answer any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and would certainly recommend it to others. A+!

Great apartment, lots of space and incredibly peaceful. Also we loved the short walk into Bromley, to coffee shops and restaurants. Bob was a great host and promptly responded to any queries. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautifully designed and well-maintained. The host was very welcoming and organised, ensured we had all the necessary details. The place was easily accessible and in a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house is even cozy enough and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening with friends or family. Overall, it was a perfect place to call home.

We really enjoyed our holiday in London thanks to this amazing house and amazing host :) House is exactly as explained in Airbnb.Clean, comfortable, large etc.. and house is just 2 minutes walking to Brockley train station. Bus stup is 4 minutes distance as well. There are 2-3 markets within 250-300 mt distance to the house. There are also cafes and restaurants. So, you can find eveything you need easily. Teresa is helpful and really kind person, she helped us everytime whenever we need. I suggest this house to the people who wants to visit London.

A great place to stay that's within short walking distance to Colliers Wood station to jump onto the tube. There's even a parking space for a car as well. It's cosy and well equipped for a small family. Had a minor issue however that was resolved immediately. Highly recommended
