Hello, I'm a middle-aged lady who lives with nature in Yangpyeong. The entire first and second floors can be used exclusively, and the garden is spacious, and it is a cottage with an open view and a beautiful night view. There is a separate barbecue area, and we will carefully prepare it so that everyone who comes to our accommodation can enjoy it comfortably. Yangpyeong City, Yangpyeong Station, and Lotte Mart Yang Rating are close, so delivery is good. There is a nearby Shija Park, so you can go hiking and It's a good place for a walk. Free parking is available for 4 cars. There is a TV, sofa, air dresser, Bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi in the living room, so you can connect to the Internet. The kitchen is cold, hot water purifier/Rice cooker/Microwave/Dishwasher/Mini oven and Several types of bowls, wine glasses, and spoon sterilizers are provided. Seasonings are equipped with salt, pepper, red pepper, red pepper powder, and cooking oil except for red pepper and ssamjang, so you don't have to bring them separately. It is based on 6 people, and there is a cycle fee of 20,000 KRW per person for additional people. For customers who want to have a barbecue, pay an additional fee of 30,000 won. No worries! Our pension is a private pension and it is a spacious accommodation (32 pyeong) suitable for the whole family. This host agreed to follow Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process From the terrace, you can see the wonderful and beautiful view of Yongmun Mountain and Yongmun City. You can eat comfortably in the spacious kitchen and living room. It is convenient with a single-story structure, and if you come as a lover and family, you can have a comfortable rest. The barbecue in the terrace space where you can see Yongmun Mountain and Yongmun City at a glance is fantastic. (The barbecue grill is a gas barbecue grill) Highly recommended!!! It is 50 minutes from Seoul and is located just ~ 2 minutes away from Dongyangpyeong IC by using the 2nd Yeongdong Expressway. 👍 The location is slightly up from the road, so it has a great sense of cool openness. Delicious meals in a 😄 comfortable and cozy sunroom ~ Comfortable line that takes directly out of the refrigerator ~ It is accompanied by a cool view. You can also watch movies by installing the 😍 large screen "Beam Project".❤️ Nice fire pit time in a private yard. Grilled mushmallows on a wood fire from Osondo Son. It's a great ~ pleasure.👍 The coziness of the darkening hours adds a touch of calm lighting.
