Villa holiday rentals in Susut

It was a super last minute booking in the evening for the villa as we were in the midst of company trip with a group of 19pax, experiencing bad hotel booked by travel agent. But with Susan’s proactive and responsive service, it just took us few hours from booking to check-in for a big group at 9:30pm. We have booked Villa Bedua and Villa Intenia without hassles. Putri were very very attentive and friendly for the entire stay. Checking out is smooth with Dwi too. The housekeepers for both Villas (Tini, Suwan and others) were superb, my team had the best experiences for this stay. They love it so much :) Besides that, the services provided during the stay (with or without extra charges) such as breakfast, massage, laundry and etc were very good too. Definitely recommend their massage service! I strongly recommend this place for a group of people or family and definitely come back to this villa if I ever travel to Bali again :)

Great place to called home.

Excellent spot, perfectly located (very central but not noisy). The villa is also super nice and they took great care of us every day. When we come back we'll definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful break away at the villa. Easy walking distance to great eateries, massages & shopping.

It was my second stay in this villa — for a reason. The architecture is awesome, the surroundings quiet (even though it’s busy Canggu) and the service is super nice. I recommend this place to you if you want something high quality in a good location with connection to nature (as the garden is kind of part of the living room). 🙌

Great communication and great villa

The place was beautiful. Location was close enough to be a quick Grab from the busy markets, but far enough away to be quite and peaceful. Kadek and Aditya were both amazing and very accommodating. The villa was cleaned daily and always timed around our schedule. Would definitely visit again

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Clarisse in Bali! The location is simply stunning, nestled in a beautiful, serene setting that truly allowed for complete relaxation. The villa itself is luxurious, with an immense outdoor pool that was perfect for lounging and unwinding. The butlers were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The villa was spotless, showcasing impeccable cleanliness throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and lavish retreat in Bali!

Thank you to Dedo and the entire team for hosting us so well! They made us so easy to check in late in the evening when we arrived and looked after us the entire time. The villa is in a prime location - easy to travel down restaurants and cafes. We will definitely be back!

We were a group of 16 with 4 kids and 2 senior citizens. Rio and his team did a great job in welcoming us and meeting all our requirements, be it arranging for transport, wheelchair, accommodating our luggage in their office as we were early for check in, and even the last minute requests or changes. The Villa was as described and was clean. It had all the facilities and amenities. And the in-house staff were very supportive and responsive. Location was great as it was at walkable distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and beaches and not very far from places of attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and wonderful stay at the Hazel Villa. Thank you Rio and your team for being so prompt and responsive and catering to all our requests. Surely recommend your place!

Stayed here on a last minute decision for silent day. The Villa are an experience in it self. The beauty that I can experience on the silent day night while looking from the rooftop. Calming. Nice kitchen for cooking, quite a nice sized pool and a spacious area by the poolside for some activity.

Absolute dream of a stay! Went with a very large group of 16 adults, enough beds for each person with ample space per room so did not feel at all crowded. Ade and the Villa team were flawless, from daily breakfast to nightly cleanups we couldn't ask for a better service. The villa itself is genuinely as the picture show, incredible space, massive pool and plenty greenery ! 16/16 of the guest were completely amazed by the villa and thoroughly pleased with the stay. Location is tucked away so feels private but it's not in the prime "tourist" sort of area so you get a bit of a local feel when you walk around the main street but do require taxi to get to the more well known areas. The only 2 tiny tiny drawbacks is that there is not a full body mirror available to get ready in front of and the rooms are fairly dim, whilst that is very aesthetic sometimes needed bit more lighting to get ready etc.

The house was very nice, except for the fact that 2 nails protruded on the wood in front of the pool about 2-3 millimeters, unfortunately I hurt myself a bit. But that can always happen. Other than that, the house was very nice. The location is very far away from the action. But delivery services like Grab, also go there. We enjoyed the stay, but there were only three of us. The pool is nice and completely sufficient. Even with 8 people, everyone still has plenty of space there. The man who welcomed us on site is super friendly. Except for the location, it's a great house. Very important, just leave the insect killer on in the house. The mosquitoes were our constant companion. Thank you so much for letting us stay there. This was a very pleasant stay, with a supper responsive host that was very accommodating to all of our needs. We had wonderful housekeepers upon request and would appear outside our front door with fresh towels and loo roll when we needed all within their working hours as stated. We got to feel at home during our stay here which is always a lovely feeling when travelling, the pool was a luxury to have in the heat of the day, and we enjoyed the living space with a very comfy couch and good wifi for working. You are able to walk to cafes, shops and restaurants from the home, as well as a lovely laundry service right opposite. The only request I would have is a few cleaning products in house, such as a broom / dust pan and brush. Everything else we could have needed was there. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏
