Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sutter County

Wow! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home and yard to stay and entertain in Yuba City. We have typically stayed with family when visiting, but we have found our new go to vacation home when visiting there. Our kids loved the pool, play set, and other outdoor activities. There was plenty of outdoor seating to host our entire family. Everyone was so impressed with the home. Leslie was responsive to every question or concern we had within minutes of each one. It was great to meet her in person when she came by to blow up additional pool floats for us and our extended family. Thank you again! And we look forward to seeing you soon.

Ariel’s home was an absolute gem! The space was incredibly spacious, with plenty of things to do to keep my husband and I entertained. The fire pit and pool table were definite highlights, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best parts of staying at Ariel’s homes is the beds—they are hands down the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at an Airbnb! It truly made for a restful and relaxing stay. This trip was extra special as it was our anniversary, and Ariel went above and beyond by leaving us a bottle of wine and a thoughtful anniversary note. Such a kind and personal touch! The home had a rustic charm while still feeling warm and homey, creating the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. Ariel was a fantastic host—super communicative, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about her guests' experience. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The home is a very nice home located in a nice neighborhood outside of Marysville/Yuba City. Unfortunately, we suffered a terrible tragedy the night we arrived so we did not really spend a lot of time at the home except to sleep. But the home was very comfortable and we felt very safe in that neighborhood.

Very spacious, great parking situation, and overall a great place for private space to recharge with family

When we walked into the house, we felt right at home. My 4yo said right away she loves it there. We had plans to just stay at the house and relax and this was perfect. Everything looked modern and comfortable, my dog enjoyed the fenced in yard, and after kiddo went to bed, we took advantage of the game room. I've stayed at many Airbnbs, sometimes beds are uncomfortable, making it hard to get some good rests. The beds here were the most comfortable I've had in a while. For guests with kids: there is a playground just down the street. For owners of reactive dogs: My dog is well behaved and social, but she's not good with other dogs. It was nice for her to be in a calm, safe environment where she could just explore the backyard. This place is best for guests who plan to stay mostly at the property in a quiet neighborhood.

Definitely would rent again when visiting this area. Especially impressed with the resident co-host husband and wife team, John and Linda. They were very friendly, helpful and full of ideas/recommendations.

amazing home, lots of amenities for all your needs. hosts were kind and responsive; they allowed earlier check-in than what was listed which was kind of them. not listed in the listing, but there was a property manager available who introduced themselves and mentioned that we could reach out to them if we needed any assistance which made us feel even better than before. overall a 12/10 stay, I would definitely book again
