Had a great stay. It’s in a central area so it was easy to get around everywhere. Very clean and looks just like the photos.

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Mark was an amazing host and I would recommend anyone to stay here. He makes you feel right at home and is a very friendly and accommodating host! One of my best stays in Florida by far!

Terri provided everything you might need - Soap, Shampoo, Towels, Linens, Bandaids, Coffee Filters, Ice, Batteries, Wine, Snacks, Washer and Dryer, Laundry Detergent, Cooking Items, Dishwasher and Dishwasher Liquid. It was very easy entry with the door code customized to my phone number. Trash was convient with bags provided. No issues with parking and the area was very quiet. Terri also followed up with some items she thought we left behind and offered to sent them to us. Thanks Terri.

Jd and Rhonda are great host! They have been nothing but the absolute best to us in our multiple visits to there home! The house is very welcoming and homie with little odds and ends that help make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended

Kayley was flexible and able to change our dates on short noticed. My husband spent 3 days fishing with friends, caught red fish and sea trout. He loved how peaceful the area was.

Melissa’s place was GREAT! Melissa was great from the minute we arrived till the end. She was very flexible with our time and would get back to us if we had any questions. We would stay there again. So cozy & quiet we were there for a family get together. Thank you Sally & Shane O’Brien

Margaret was an excellent hostess! I’ve used Airbnb a number of times and she hit on all of the markers. For example, the entry code for the unit was the last four digits of my cell number. That let me know that she changed the code for us, I’m sure some hosts don’t bother to do that. She provided a notebook with all of the checkout, instructions and information on local places of interest.

We used the condo as a base for visiting family and grandchildren nearby. Location is close to several good restaurants, a large Saturday morning farmer's market. First floor in a three story building made unloading and repacking the car easy. Colleen went the extra mile in locating an ironing board and iron to enable some quilting projects while we were staying there. When there was a minor electrical issue with one of the bedroom wall outlets a professional electrician showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We plan to return next year.

The host made the experience pleasant and happy we stayed at the house.

Good value for a place in walking distance to campus (and just a block from the hospital). The building is obviously older but lots of updates and new finishes throughout make it quite comfortable. Some road noise at night which did not bother me, but if you are the type that needs absolute silence to sleep than consider someplace else. Overall a great place if you want to be close to UF!

Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations very much. I especially liked that the overall size of the building was smaller with our unit providing everything we needed. The only thing we can say negative was how thin the walls between units are and we could hear everything going on in the units beside us.

Great location near Gainesville with lots of shopping/gas/food nearby. Place is clean, organized, equipped, and quiet.

The condo is perfect. It’s right in the center of beautiful Haile Village and there is a coffee shop right across the street. Many restaurants right around to walk to. The condo is beautiful and clean. The balcony looks over the middle of town. Just perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's house. Not only did everything we expected to find work, there were more bits and pieces than we had expected. The pool and games room were easy to get into and there were special towels set out for pool use, and pool cues for the games room. The estate is well kept and we had one day of grass cutting, leaf blowing and routine maintenance while we were there. We didn't hire a car, but Uber found us every time we sent for one. Altogether very good.

My husband and I had plenty of space for the two of us. The location was close to many sights in and around Gainesville! Easy check in/out. Enjoyed having laundry on-site. We would highly recommend this place to couples! Many amenities included! We definitely would rent again.

The house was great! The beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless clean and the house was very big! We usually stayed in the rooms so can’t tell you much of the downstairs floor or green area but it was also very clean and neat. There’s two parking spaces available, which is very convenient if you are traveling with a group and the access to the house was very easy. Rei was an excellent host and was constantly communicating before, during and after the stay, so that is a huge plus!

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

The unit was clean to my satisfaction- kitchen, floors, bathrooms had been recently and properly cleaned prior to the arrival. Added bonuses were the king bed is very comfortable (did not try the other one), shower pressure is good and handheld shower head also a bonus. Parking is easy and close to the unit. The unit was mostly quiet and peaceful my only complaint is that my last night there a person next door (not sure if it was an actual housekeeper for an adjacent airbnb or a resident as they eventually left with multiple bags of trash) went on a massive cleaning binge at 1:30 in the morning. They dusted/ swept/ vacuumed and moved things very loudly alongside the wall on their unit which is where the headboard to the bed is on this unit. It sounded like a giant was caught in a toy box and trying to get out. It did prevent me from sleeping for about an hour until they left. Other than this one person being very disruptive which isn’t a reflection on the host everything was great!

My family and I came from Vancouver, Canada to take part in the World Masters Athletics Competition in Gainesville. Absolutely perfect stay for a family of 4: individual bedrooms each with their own washroom, plus a common area we could all eat and hang out in. The hosts were extremely responsive and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for families and/or groups. Thank you again

David and Mariana communicated in a very timely manner. I ran into a snag and left something but they were so willing to help out. The beds were comfy and the area was pretty quiet. It was a great stay!

Silvana was a great host and was there for everything when needed. If you stay in the area I would stay at her place if you can.
