We stayed her for a weekend, to celebrate my mother-inlaws birthday. Friendly host and workers that made us feel welcomed and home. Clean and well equipped fasility. Great looking garden that has been taken well cared for, perfect for pictures. the pool is a great asset when gathering outside, even in the evening. Reccomend for a family weekend and different occations.

Liked the house so much i stayed here twice in one month (and soon to be a third time). Highly recommended if staying in bangar!

We had a wonderful staycation at Alesea Tammocalao. We enjoyed the cleanliness, the calm atmosphere and the accessibility of the beach. As a family of 12 we enjoyed to stay there and also to try to eat at the restaurant nearby which was also very good. Nevertheless, the first night they celebrated a wedding, unfortunately we all could not sleep till 1 am because of the noise. Also the host did not reply directly whether other nights like these are to expect. Only in the end, she apologized. The quality would be 5 stars plus if they could inform about such inconveniences beforehand and if they cooperate with their neighbour resort. All in all, thank you for the opportunity to be in this modern and clean building!

Thank you for the accommodation Ms. Maneth and Ms. Jona for assisting us on our stay. Place is clean and easy to find. Chilling on the near by beach at sunset was nice and very accessible to near by tourists spots.

Booked this villa so we could introduce the sea and sand to our 8-month-old baby. It was perfect — private, peaceful, and cozy. I loved that we could access the beach anytime and that the pool was clean. Sunset was spectacular but the sunrise was even more majestic. It was so relaxing to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. To top it off, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Caretaker Arnel was also hospitable and friendly — he kept the place spotless. It’s nice that didn’t have to go to San Juan for restaurants. I’d recommend nearby spots like Kapi Koma and Riverfarm. Nuq looks new and aesthetic but we weren’t able to check it out. Would come back with relatives or friends just to unwind and relax. Thank you so much for having us! ❤️

Andi's beach house is a very great place. It's just beside the beach, it has a nearby resort where you can buy food in case you don't want to cook. Local small stores are also nearby and the market is a bit walkable. The place is very beautiful. You can stay in the garden while watching the waves or while grilling. The kitchen is also well equipped, you just need to bring your ingredients. The caretaker, Kuya Boy, will really take care of you. He's always there to provide assistance. Overall, every peso paid for the place is worth it. Hopefully we can book it again next time ❤️

The place is located along a serene beachfront with well placed open spaces under lush trees. Given the value, extended stays wouldn't be a problem and is great for digital nomads with the fast and reliable internet connection. Overall, the place is a good mix of peace and quiet, perfect for those that want to disconnect but want to still be reachable. Kit is a wonderful host and was very understanding to our needs. You are guaranteed quality service from check-in to check-out. Requirements are clear and concise. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

The place was amazing and so was the host. He was always communicative and was able to accommodate last minute changes. The place was spacious and looked so cool! I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back again.
