You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Book our new 3 room flat (89sqm) with fully furnished and new high quality fitted kitchen. From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany. Apartment with a nice terrace near the lake

My accommodation is located at our family house in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The bus stop for the city bus to Lindau is a few minutes away. After Wasserburg village there is a nice foot/bike path. The accommodation has a nice terrace where you can also grill, and a small garden. Linens, towels and dish towels are included. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach cafe is easily accessible on foot.
