Lovely little cottage in beautiful surroundings. Loved the welcome packs of tea/coffee and bottle of wine! I would have appreciated some more choice of tv viewing options but only there for a couple of nights so not an issue. Would certainly recommend the local pub (George and Dragon). Fantastic food and atmosphere. The small village shop was well stocked with local foods and the cakes were amazing. Would highly recommend staying here.

Probably the best place we've ever staued in. The layout of the place is really good, and it was smashing to find that the double bedrooms really were double sized, and not just rooms that you could just about fit a double bed in. The situation is sensational, and the garden is laid out so thoughtfully. The kitches is stocked with good quality utensils, and there was plenty of stuff to easily cope with a full Christmas turkey dinner! Really highly recommended.

Fab little place, had everything you needed and more. Super easy to find, and Laura’s instructions were really helpful and easy to understand. Location was perfect, half an hours walk from Cromer and a stones throw away from East Runton beach. Will definitely be back

We are 4 longtime friends in our 50’s that wanted a long overdue girls catch up. The house was everything we were looking for and more. It was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds & furniture. The kitchen well equipped as was the utility room. The hot tub & fire pit are a great addition and it was these that made our decision to stay here and they didn’t disappoint. The marshmallows and toasting sticks ks left by Alexis were a lovely touch. We managed a walk to the pub for some lunch and a walk down to the beach despite the very cold blustery February days, we imagine in the summer that would great especially as Alexis has buckets and beach items to use. Alexis sent us the info for the seals beach and local area prior to arrival and on the day of arrival communicated everything we needed to know for our arrival and responded quickly to any questions we had. We couldn’t fault anything and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, chilled out break by the sea to stay

Immaculately clean (and I clean houses for a living) and well appointed property. Well stocked kitchen with tea/coffee/sugar available on arrival. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Beds were super comfy and towels provided. If you have younger children, there is everything you need, travel cot, highchair, box of toys. Position is lovely over looking the harbour with a 5 min walk to the beach and plenty of parking. It is however a modern terrace and so noise from neighbours is heard easily, even just walking up and down stairs. Thought it worth mentioning in case you wanted a super quiet escape. Also the configuration of the rooms didn’t work so well for us so thought it worth mentioning. The shower room/toilet is off the dining room/3rd bedroom. So if using this as a bedroom as we did for my 16 year old the shower room is inaccessible if they are still sleeping. The 2nd toilet is on the 2nd floor and bath in the bedroom as shown. Would t stop us staying again but good to know

The host Jamie and Wendy made this amazing stay even better, host were very responsive and also gave a nice hamper when we booked (Prosecco went down a treat), the home is beautiful and the children really did not want to leave, all in all a great stay and will 100000% stay again

Lovely stay! Our third time staying with Kirsty and Matt and won’t be the last. Lots of places in both walking distance and in the car. We love the little touches they give us. We can’t recommend them enough. Everytime we visit Yarmouth we stay there.

Anna's home is lovely! We loved all the beautiful fabrics & art work & it was so warm & cosy. Possibly one of the best equipped kitchens we've had in an Airbnb! We arrived late on a cold December day & Anna had put the heating on - very much appreciated with two little ones!

This is an incredibly beautiful house. It is spread across several floors, but you soon get used to that. Each room is large and spacious and well decorated. The sea views are incredible. Ruth is a really responsive host and check in / check out we’re really easy. Thank you for a great weekend. We will definitely be back.
